Buyer beware. My son paid $150 for a screen replacement. 2 weeks later the screen just falls out. Took it back and the store owner wanted another $150 to fix it. He would not warranty his faulty work. We can’t support businesses like this who rip off teenagers.

This place lacks integrity.
I was quoted $150 for a screen replacement then when I came in for the service the same guy, I spoke to on the phone said it was $200. He denied it ever being quoted as $150 and suggested that the error was on my part. I was explicit and as detailed as I possible with the make, model, and service requested. These folks use the oldest tricks in the playbook to swindle people. I suggest you go elsewhere for your phone repairing needs.

I took my wife's iphone in with a broken screen and they fixed it within an hour for what seemed like a very fair rate. I would certainly recommend them for your phone service needs.

When my daughter dropped her S8 Note, I did not have much hope for it. The front and back of the phone were both damaged, and the screen had turned completely green and was flickering.

I called Niles Phone Repair and spoke with Obed, who assured me he could fix it and offered a quote right away.

His service was exceptional from the start, and he went out of his way to communicate with me throughout the process from ordering the parts to dropping the phone off, picking it up, and following up to make sure it was working.

I had been skeptical because of the phone's condition, but he said the repair would only take half an hour. When I picked up the phone, I could hardly believe my eyes. It looks like new and is even faster than it was before! This is wonderful for something I didn't even know could be fixed.

I will be calling Niles Phone Repair any time I need work done on a cell phone.

These guys are amazing! Had a blackout screen took it in they replaced it, I was on my way to dinner when I picked it up and didn’t really examine my phone. Noticed a black spot on the screen when I went to read before bed. Took it back the next morning and explained what the problem was. Came back to pick my phone up and they discovered that my battery had warped inside and it was not caused by my phone case like I thought.From what I have read cell phone manufacturers seem to make it totally necessary to have to upgrade your phones on a regular basis. Needless to say they replaced my battery and gave me a new case at no charge! I can’t say enough how happy I am with the professional manner in which they run this business and how they go above and beyond to make their customers happy! Thanks Again!

First time trusting a place besides Apple to fix my phone. Glad I did! Kinda mad I didn’t do it sooner. I’ve had a cracked/crushed screen for so long, causing it to snag my pocket each time I took it out and prevent me from truly using my front camera because it distorted the light and was all blurry. In under an hour and for $99 Niles fixed the whole screen and it’s shiny and newer looking again. Functions flawlessly. He really saved me a ton of money that Apple would have charged and it was so fast. I have an iPhone 8 so usually it’s a hassle because of how much older of a model it is so I was relieved when he said it was no problem at all. Definitely recommend.

These guys know their stuff. I cracked the glass on the back of my phone and Nile was quick to provide a reasonable quote and accept the job. He and his employee had me back up and running within a few hours. These guys provide premium service and knowledge. I highly recommend this establishment.

I cracked the back glass on my phone, again! My second time using Nile’s service was as positive as the last. I left my phone with him for the day and was pleased with the quality of the replacement and the price. Shortly after, I returned with an an issue with the responsiveness of the volume buttons on the phone. Nile fixed the issue quickly and at no additional cost. These guys definitely go above and beyond for their customers. Exceptional customer service. Will undoubtedly return the next time I break my phone.
