They are rude. Accused my grandson of returning a game to the Little Rock store. He had the game in his hand. Owner became loud an accusatory to my grandson. They buy games back for pennies on the dollar, then resell at their regular store price.

We recently found this store while hanging out in Benton, and quickly fell in love! We found a great selection of movies, games, toys & collectibles, manga, comics, and Japanese snacks. The staff was quiet and just let us look around/shop (which we appreciated as two neurodivergent individuals). Once we were ready to check out, our clerk was additionally very, very nice and seemed knowledgeable about the merchandise they were selling. New favorite little nerd-haven right here!

I was just in there trying to buy a wireless headset,and the girl that was helping me has a very poor customer service. She stopped helping me to go help another customer that walked in,I was still trying to buy the headset in my opinion that is very disrespectful. I will never go back there to be treated with disrespect.

An really cool place where you can find vintage toys like G1 MLPs alongside anime and manga. We love their selection of figurines and Japanese snacks!

Did not have a lot of options. Guys behind the counter were very rude to me and my parents. Will not shop here again. Being knowledgeable doesn't mean you get to be stuck up or rude to customers.
