Did a title transfer with an appointment at 11:20. Walked in at 11:10, called to the window in about 5 minutes & was out before 11:30. Awesome!!! I have no complaints except for what I had to pay for the transfer. Clerk was Gr8! Just make sure your paperwork work is filled out properly & you'll have no problems. ?

Horrible service @ The Palm Center Griggs Rd. court house Registration Office. Came to the registration office to get my sticker. I came in at 10:30 and stood in line for 15 - 20 mins for the first clerk to help one person before I could even get a ticket to sit down and wait to be seen by another clerk. Sit there over an hour to see clerks behind the window sitting down doing nothing causally talking to one another while there are customers waiting to be served. Also there have only certain clerks doing certain things which make you have to wait even longer while people that came in behind you get served before you. Also the clerks have to since of urgency or customer service, they get paid by the hour and if they serve 2 or 3 customers in a hour you will be lucky !!!

Do yourself a favor
Don’t come to this location !!!
THEY SUCK !!!

Came here and had an auto mobile appointment didn’t get called after 2 hours later of my appointment. As soon as I got called a big storm hit and lights went out the lady behind the window had already took a document and then she just got up and left after lights went out and did not hand me back my document. Then a lady came out telling us we all need to get out the lobby in the horrible rain and strong winds. And I had all my 3 toddlers with me. She said nobody could stay in the lobby at all. Thank god for my husband that ran out the storm moved the car closer to get my kids in the car safely. Then I had to wait to ask someone for my document that the lady previously took and did not give back before she left. It’s just very unprofessional and disappointing they would rather make everyone leave the building to the horrible storm outside just to be able lock up the building and go home. Rather than keeping elderly people and children safe until storm calms down.

This place is poorly organized and I waited in line outside for nearly an hour and then when you go inside you will be waiting for at least another hour or so. They don’t have too many people working on the service windows. Also they call you by appointment and walk ins are extremely delayed to be called up. They need to have more people who can help on service windows cuz at this rate you will be here for 3-4 hours depending on how fast they call for you. Registration tickets take a long while to be called up. I got here at 8:10am and it is now 10:40am and i still might have another hour of waiting.

I wish I could say I even set foot in this place, but I imagine it is poorly run. They lost power during recent storms for over a week and yet I was able to book an appointment online during this period when they were not even open. I did not get a call notifying me of this until 5 minutes before I was supposed to be there for my appointment.

Worst place you can over go!!! Bad customer service every single person who works here do not have no type of patience. I came 1 hour early to my appointment because it’s always packed the lady told me to leave and come back like if I live around the corner she said I have to be here 10 to 20 minutes before my appointment so ridiculous!!! People wait for the number to be called for hours !! They have 9 windows with 3 only working

Service usually takes a little while even with an appointment. The workers aren’t extremely rude but they’re not necessarily helpful either. The workers in the front desk usually just look at you like you’re wasting their time when you explain what you’re there for. The lady that helped me on my actual transaction was super nice though
