I came to Champion for the first time last week to have a couple extra holes put into my belt. I met Levine and he was wonderful. He put the holes in my belt immediately and sent me on my way. He was friendly and provided incredible service. I will definitely be coming back with my shoes that need repair. You can tell he takes pride in his work and delivers a quality experience.

I brought in my favorite Stuart Weitzman heels. The soles had cracked all the way across the bottom and were not wearable anymore. I assumed they would have to be trashed. I brought them here and they repaired them beautifully, to the point that the shoes look brand new. I am absolutely thrilled with their work!!

OK, so this is my second post on service! I got my cowboy boots back after major work. They are Maddi boots expensive black cowboy boots with a chain, etc.. I am adding a picture. Service with excellent brand new heels cleaned up my souls new boot straps underneath my heel and behind my heel totally beautiful Included an impressive polishing and painting new black along the stitches! Super excited to have my broken go to cowboy boots! Thank you thank you

My experience with my shoe repair process was excellent! I dropped off three pairs of shoes. One of them was at least 12 years old that I used regularly kind of like a combat boot, but the soul was starting to lift and it was worn to nothing. They were leather and when I took them in, they looked like they could not have a second life, but I was wrong! They resoled the boot n they polished them. They added stain to the leather. I can’t tell you how happy I am. Affordable and fast! The second pair of boots were a $250 cowboy boot that I bought online OfferUp gently used! When I got them, they were so beautiful but… Ouch! They gently stretched the boot toe and they are so much better. The best thing about this… Is that they offered to have me bring my boots back if I wanted them stretched slightly more at no cost! My third pair of boots were my UGG boots! I don’t know about you, but sometimes those boots are very fragile! My black, tall, beautiful expensive boots looked like they were ready to be thrown out! The black had faded to dull gray! But lo and behold when I picked them up, they stained them and now they look brand new! Never been happier!!!

Around $100 to have 3 pairs of my fav shoes back in the saddle again! Thank you Boot Masters!! Thousand Oaks on TO Blvd!!

Extremely friendly and helpful! Brought in my really old flats that the insoles were completely shot. In less than 20 minutes they replaced it with a cushion for the heal and nice full leather insoles for a good price. Thank you for fixing my favorite shoes!!!!

Highly recommend this local business for all your luggage repair needs. They offer fair prices and are super friendly and accommodating. Mr L fixed the handle on my 30” hard side suitcase and left it in even better shape than when I purchased it! I even got compliments from the airline baggage handlers about how attractive the leather strap was on it.
