I cannot say nice enough things about the service department here at Mercedes TO. Specifically Gary Gill my service advisor who is always trying to save me money, always recommending only what is necessary so I don’t overspend, always treating me with the absolute best service and catering to all my requests. I have an extended warranty and Gary worked with the company discounting the work to leave as much life in my warranty as possible and making sure the company paid for the work that was carried out. A courtesy car was provided on every occasion thanks to Gary and when I got a flat tyre in one of the cars, it was all taken care of for me elegantly and smoothly. Owning a 2003 SL500 is an excellent experience but it can be expensive and a good way to be known on a first same basis around your service centre. Having been told by Mercedes Calabasas that my car was too old to service by themselves, Mercedes TO stepped up and carried out all the work I requested on multiple occasions with no fuss and no drama. My car works flawlessly thanks to the service team and Gary. This was the most respectful, easy and enjoyable service experience I have ever had. Massive recommendation from me 🙂

My appointment was on time, quickly handled and I received excellent customer service. Erik as well as the technician kept me informed of the progress and what services needed to be performed on my GLE. My car was returned to me at the time promised and was freshly washed. Sydney was absolutely stupendous I have never met a service advisor who is as attentive as her. Edgar at Mercedes in Thousand Oaks is by far the most reliable, sincere, and knowledgeable service manager I have ever met. He’s been taking care of my car for almost 5 years now, and when my car qualified for better service rates, he made sure I knew about them. Each time I bring in my car for service, he returns it to me clean and running better. I recommend going to him for your regular maintenance, as well as any questions or issues you may have with your car.

Overall, my experience has been pretty good. On occasion it takes a few tries to get a call back as the service desk doesn't always answer. My service person, Sydney is great! They make it pretty easy to drop off and pick up and the texts with updates are a great touch.

Brielle & her team are amazing. She always provides the best service and support. She goes above and beyond by educating me on the issues we have.
