I came in to sell some gold that I found and been holding onto for a bit. I was welcomed by Ziona who then introduced me to Alan. I had an amazing experience with them, they were both very helpful and were kind enough to let me sell this gold I just had around. Friendly environment, I will definitely be coming back to purchase jewelry. I noticed a variety of selection of jewelry that I would like to buy for myself. I definitely recommend selling your gold here if you have some laying around or just not wearing. I’ve already recommended few friends already to come here if they need to sell any gold.

If you are wanting to sell unwanted jewelry, this is the place to go in Thousand Oaks. The store owner, Alan, is so personable. This store is not pushy and offers a fair price for jewelry. Came here months ago to sell some 23k gold and got an insulting lowball offer of around 30% spot price. When I was leaving the guy told me he would match any offer I find and to come back when I want to sell. I just went back and told them I had found multiple buyers in LA that would pay 90% downtown and if they would match the offer like I was told. They said no and offered me 35%. DO NOT do business here, unethical practices and don't make good on their word

Honestly the best costumer service I have ever received. I had some old gold that was lying around the house and I wanted to sell it so I could buy some Christmas presents for my family. They literally gave me twice as much as every other jewelry shop I went to. The owner was super nice and the sales associates were so patient helping me find a present. They took great care of me and gave me a great discount. If you go in there you should ask for Zara, Anahita, or BB. I usually don't write reviews but you gotta give credit where it's due.
