Owner Alex and the staff were great. First time I've bought a gun and was a little stressed about the process. They all made me feel really comfortable as a rookie. Took a simple test and filled out some paperwork and purchased a handgun they recommended for me. Waited the required 10 days to pick it up and Alex walked me through loading, unloading and locking it safely. Overall excellent experience

I recently had an outstanding experience at Tactical Arms, and I can't recommend them highly enough. The staff at Tactical Arms are not only extremely knowledgeable but also incredibly honest and friendly. They built my guns to perfection at an unbeatable price, demonstrating their expertise and dedication to quality.

I brought my Sig Sauer P238 into TA and asked them to Cerakote the slide to match the gunmetal finish of the lower as best as possible / using their best judgement of color choice, and install some upgraded sights. They gave me a fantastic price, the coating looks great and matches the lower incredibly well, and I look forward to giving them more gunsmithing business/projects. Would highly recommend!

Bought two guns from this place and did one sight installation too. Service has been very consistent and they know what they’re doing. Very quick and effortless with the administrative documentation stuff. They respect your time so if you don’t want a long wait you can buy your guns here

Have bought 2 guns here so far. Awesome small gun shop with lots of cool guns at even cooler prices. Love talking shop with the staff here too, very friendly and knowledgeable. Haven’t tried to negotiate with these guys because typically they have good prices compared to other stores. A nice little gem here in TO. TO and Simi has the best gun stores in the area - this is one of them.
