Buyer or should I say seller beware. I purchase a car from them in January of 2024. Everything was great, except the car was listed online for much cheaper than the sticker price make sure you check their website prior to purchase :). After 2 months, I began to receive toll violations for a car I no longer owned. After many failed attempts to contact the dealership about this, I finally got a hold of someone who told me that they do not transfer cars out of your name until they purchased. His attitude was a "not my problem" attitude. I have sold many cars back to the dealership and this has never been an issue. The reason I sell to dealerships and accept less money than the car is worth is so this does not happen. Be careful with this dealership.

They have very bad customer service and they never answer the phone calls. As for the mechanic shop, I took my car to fix and after a short time, the same thing happened again, and they said that it was not their responsibility to fix it again even though, if they had done a good job the first time, I wouldn’t have had to return. After they sold me the car, I found out that there are multiple people under the same VIN number and I am now having issues with the DMV because of their faulty and careless mistake .

"Absolutely DO NOT go to [car dealership name] for any reason. The customer service is terrible and the repair quality is even worse. I brought in my car for multiple issues that were clear warranty violations and a third-party inspection confirmed the same issues. The dealership refused to make the necessary repairs and instead threatened me with legal action if I continued to contact their service department.

Not only is this kind of behavior completely unprofessional and unacceptable, it's also downright dangerous. The dealership's refusal to address clear safety issues in my car shows a blatant disregard for their

Horrible experience with my Hyundai. The dealership dented my car and would not admit it. The customers service is unprofessional and unfriendly starting with rep Oliver Garcia and ending with the general manager Joe Cece. Though I love my car, I will never be going back for either repairs or sales.

Bad oil change experience.

The engine bay was left filthy, oily hand prints all over.

The oil drain plug was not tightened and most of the oil drained out of my G80 Sport. The dealership topped off the oil and rinsed the belly pan. Every time the car got hot it smelled of oil. I was ignored when I complained about this.

The cabin air filter was replaced but the plastic plugs in the glove box were left on the floor.

Brake fluid was changed incorrectly, every time I hit the brakes they would shutter badly.

This dealership ruined my car, I traded it in for a different manufacturer because of this terrible dealership.

Unfortunately a long time coming for this, also speaking to lawyers, thankfully I have plenty of legal experience for a lay person.

Short version, so bad here I have sold my Lamborghini, sold my Maserati, only holding my Bentley to file a lawsuit on it, and now apparently I may need to do the same regarding my Rolls Royce, YES despite having high end brands here, consider this a PSA, I have a very long list of issues here, all will be made publicly available, on almost every platform. Can't wait for the call to Rolls Royce Corp on Monday...

I manage money for a living, including some A & B list celebrities, can't wait to share my entire situation on these cars here.

I have owned over 55 cars, beyond blown away at what this place does and remains in business, again can't wait to share publicly all the texts, pictures, voicemails, video's, witness testimony (from several people) etc, stay tuned 🙂

Beware of buying a Preowned Trade in Vehicle.... Purchase a 2002 Porsche 911 C4 - May 2019 - They claim vehicle was well inspected and safe to drive. I have to claim other wise.... From my experience they only wax the exterior, cleaned the interior and slap on new tires. Once I signed and took ownership or the porsche and headed home.... The check engine light and the brake pad light turned on. Took it to a Porsche Specialist in the morning and had to have the car serviced. Oil was black and thick and dangerously low and four brakes needed to be replace along with rotors.

It is a shame such a nice dealer with a wonderful reputation can place a preowned vehicle in the condition.
