I found my dream dress (Spanish style) at the Bridal Collection in 2014 and meant to write a review and forgot as life began for me as a married women! I was happy with the variety of dresses to pick from, $$ price and most importantly the service. I had visited other bridal shops and came across the dress I was looking for but the price was over the roof and when I found my dream dress at the Bridal Collection, I felt in love with it and the price was right! This was my first place to try on wedding dresses. I honestly have never done this before and was a little nervous. Mike the owner was absolutely wonderful. I tried on my second dress and absolutely fell in love with it. There are so many options to chose from but I found my dress and went home with a great deal. I highly recommend coming here first before going to other shops. Also, the prices are very fair. 🙂

We had a wonderful experience at this shop. The consultant Noelle was just great! I can't say enough good things about her. Thanks to her and the shop owner, we were able to find the perfect dress. The have a great selection and the prices are quite reasonable. I would definitely recommend this store!

Useless don't bother returning calls. Spent $3800 for my daughter's masquerade ball in Beverly Hills. Worth the trip and the expense. This store is as backward as the side of the town of Thousand Oaks where they are located.

I came in looking for a dress. The man sitting at the desk at the front door was the most rude individual I have ever come across in a retail business. He looked at me and wagged his finger not to come in and would not make anymore eye contact with me. Look at past reviews and they are not current. With so much competition today with other online options and other retail stores that have professionalism I would definitely not recommend this place. Please don't shop here. Not a way to run a business. Just a rude guy.

My experience at The Bridal Collection was hands down amazing! I couldn't have asked for a better experience in picking out the perfect dress for my special day! My consultant Noelle and Alla were so honest, sweet and helpful. They really made shopping for the perfect dress easy, stress free and a great memory I will cherish forever. I would highly recommend this shop for your perfect wedding dress. They have top name brands and lots to choose from. A beautiful shop...great for pictures. Great seating for the guests that you bring with you to your appointment. Overall, WONDERFUL! You won't be disappointed! 5 stars all the way!

Shopping at this store was such a great experience for me. My friend had bought her dress here and recommended I try it out. Erika is amazing!! When I walked in for my appointment, she asked me if I had any pictures of styles I liked. I showed her a few pictures and she went to pull out a few dresses for me. There really wasn't a dress that I didn't like, she really understood my aesthetic and the look I was going for.
I came back a few times to show my parents and Erika was super patient through everything. I ended up buying my dress there this weekend! I would absolutely recommend this place to a friend. The shop was very clean and they had a fantastic selection. Great job!
