I'd like to praise Chris, in accounting, for his amazing job, explanation and patience in the process.
Mia in sales, was great. She was not pushy at all, like in other places, but she was always available and happy to help.
I must add that we did not buy car impulsively, which required a couple of visits to the dealer and a few days to make up or minds.
Mark, very knowledgeable and friendly, help us with everything during the process.
All and all, great experience so far. I'd be sending friends a family to get their next car from Infinity in Thousand Oaks if they have the car they like, of course.

Although the car was purchased at a different Infiniti dealership, Jacob, the advisor, took full responsibility and treated the situation like it was his own problem.
