My car had two recalls and I was able to get them taken care of in a timely manner. I had called other dealerships and was told there was a waitlist despite letting them know the DMV was requiring me to get the car repaired. The service department is very friendly and greet you with a smile. Unfortunately that was the only positive thing about my visit that ended up with me driving 80 round trip and wasting 3 hours of my day. I got new tires and wanted to get my alignment done at a dealership, however I was told that two of my control arms needed to be replaced due to cracks on them and that they wouldn't do the alignment unless I spent thousands. I went to pepboys in Visalia and was told that the cracking is nothing more than weather damage(no structural damage) and got my alignment done.

I needed to get a middle seat fixed. The part was ordered and I showed up to get the work fixed. There was a delivery issue with the part and it was not there for my appointment. After talking with the Service center manager Jeff, all was worked out and I am very pleased with how the repair and this small issue was resolved. I will return to Porterville, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge again when I need service.

On Wednesday July 24, 2024. Me and my wife bought a 2021 Nissan Sentra. Our sales person was Paloma. She made our experience buying a car, very nice and easy. Also we never felt like we were being pressured when we wanted to take a little bit before we decided to buy the car. We highly recommend Porterville Chrysler for purchasing a car.

fastest i have ever been able to get in and out of a dealership w a new to us car. the dealer worked w us to get everything done before we even came in to test drive and bought us Gatorade and sunflower seeds because he knew we had to get to a tournament out of town for my daughter's softball team.
