Ordered a custom size interior door and was told it would take 2 to 4 weeks to get. I checked on the order at three weeks and spoke to the person I ordered it from. He remembered me and said that they lost the order. I found another solution elsewhere but it's costing more.

This is the vendor for our company and unfortunately they made a very easy purchase very very difficult and wanted me to come in over and over again just to get a quote then bring the doors in then come to pick him up at cetera Etc try to explain that we can't bring the doors in because the rain will destroy the interior of the apartments and that I just need a quote so I can get approval from management first but they can't do that either. Almost seems easier just to go with Home Depot pretty ridiculous they can't do a quote over the phone Etc I'm going to try my best to get us another vendor locally.

Closed when supposed to be open. Won’t sell items in stock. Nobody around to help. No selection of doors to view, despite advertising as a DOOR SHOP. Terrible experience.
