I came in, in a bad situation, I had a purple swollen finger with a ring on it that was way too small that I forced on. He helped me get it off for free and cleaned my necklace from my grandmother SO beautifully! He was very kind, and in a few weeks when my finger returns to normal size he is going to size my finger and resize my ring. Also the jewelry there is so gorgeous, I wish I would have gotten my jewelry from there in the first place. Marcozzis will be my go to place for any jewelry I buy from here on out. :))))

They always used to set my mom's watch for her monthly. No charge. Very kind of them, and they recently cut my wedding ring off, again no charge. They're wonderful. I'll definitely be going to them to resize the ring.
