i went in on the 7th i believe, was looking to fix 2 phones and was hoping i would get anything less than $120 and i sure did ! the nice lady there definitely worked with me and was super nice throughout the whole encounter! even gave me a free screen protector at the end ! if you’re looking to fix your phone for the low definitely come here ! will for sure come back and have told many family members as well !

Do not go to the fake store This is the worst store in iphone repairs they lie they cheat and they steal your money I was in there less then 20 mins I signed the paperwork before receiving the phone which you should not do so 20 mins go by and it's fixed so I thought that was on the 7th the screen has been acting funny ever since they used the cheapest screen for my iphone 12 pro max on the 10th the lcd went out they said I dropped it the screen has no cracks it the lcd only they want more money and won't repair it for free the are the biggest frauds for phone repair I beg you do not go to them. The pictures are how my phone was cracked and how the phone looks like after she fixed it they will take your money and that's it do not go to here to get your iphone fixed !!!

Called multiple locations to get a quote for an iPhone 7 screen repair, this was the lowest place in about a 10 mile radius. Drop the phone off was greeted promptly, was quoted a short turn around time frame and received my phone back as promised for the price as promised. Can genuinely recommend.

Dropped my iPhone and literally called this shop up. Mina who answered the phone was helpful in talking to me on what was wrong with my phone to get a better understanding of the situation. Pulled up to the shop and Mina started working on my phone. Real nice and very knowledgeable on what he was doing so I felt my phone was in good hands compared to other iPhone repair shops. Got my phone done in 30mins and everything worked out perfectly. Thanks Mina!

If I could give zero stars I would. I brought my phone since I knew of his place before and it had good ratings. My screen from an iPhone 6 broke and so I just wanted to fix the screen. I sign this waiver saying they’re not responsible for anything that can go wrong after they open up the unit. I thought what could go wrong? I check on my phone after an hour already and it’s still not finished. The person working on it doesn’t even explain why it’s taking so long. He said if I could come back in another hour or so he could have it ready. So I thought everything would be fine. I come back and he’s still not done and I have my 4 year old daughter with me who is antsy. He then tells me that he fixed the screen but when he opened it up the phone was more damaged inside which effected the selfie camera, but the selfie camera was working when I brought it there so not sure how that happened. So save your money and don’t come here. He charged me $60 and wanted $10 more for fixing the button and I said no. I’m paying $60 and was upset since I should’ve paid $0 for messing up my phone! So now I have to go through insurance and just should’ve done this in the first place so I would at least get a new or refurbished phone! Incompetent people!

I went in here to get my cracked screen fixed April 10. Jecsan (Jex) took over an hour to fix my phone. Due to this he gave me a free screen protector. Still took way too long. Yesterday while out with my family for Mother's Day my entire screen fell out of my phone. No cracks or scratches it just fell out. My phone screen is completely black and detached from my phone. I called yesterday to speak with a manager and I was told to call back today since no manager was available. So instead I drove up to the store and spoke with Jex, he told me he couldn't help me unless I paid again because the ribbon was ripped. I told him no and he informed me I would need to come back up there and get approval from a manager to get it fixed free. I wait an hour and go back up to Planet Cyber and speak with Sid. He was extremely rude from the beginning as soon as I starts to explain the situation. He told me he could give me a discount but nothing else.
Why on earth would I spend more money on an issue caused by your employer. Stand behind your produc! I asked to speak with the owner and they said they couldn't give me his information they just told me his name was David and they will have him call me. No one has called to rectify this situation. Bottom line DO NOT go her to get your phone fixed unless you want to deal with a faulty phone after and they will cause bigger issues with your phone so you can keep spending $$. THEY ARE SCAMMERS and their phone tech has no idea what he is doing.
I literally had my phone for 4 weeks before the screen popped out. I even went to Apple Store and they told me I received a faulty screen replacement.
These people will scam you out of money to "fix your phone" but trust me you'll have bigger issues after. The pieces they use are not new and reused from other faulty devices.
Don't go here!!! I wish I would've known the truth about and their deceitful business practices before I went there.

Visiting this place for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised! Where other store have let me down with their bad customer service and sub-par equipment, this store honestly impressed me. I loved the variety of services from which I could choose and the polite employees helping every step of the way. Keep it up!
