Customer service is non-existent. Tried renting a charger at Legoland, my card was charged but I wasn't able to remove the charger from the kiosk.

walked 1/2 mile to the station, paid for 2 hours but no
loading. euro disney. blue light leds indicated losding, cables had been correctly inserted. missed entrance to firework parade as my tickets were not be able to be displayed with emoty battery and tucket control cared less.
