Staff was extremely rude. Went to go return an item with the receipt in hand and I had even told the clerk that I don’t have the tags unfortunately and I’d be completely fine with not being able to return them if I need the tags. Instead I was met with aggression and he decided to announce to the entire store that I need to have the tags on the item if I want to return them next time but that he’s going to allow it this time…. like yeah I know that which is why I asked a simple question. I decided to just apologize again for the inconvenience and he just rolled his eyes at me. Don’t go to this store unless you want people who are unhappy with their lives to take out their frustrations on you. Looking at these reviews I think everyone else can agree with that.

As for my first time ever coming in, was just looking for a clearance jacket. Unfortunately the staff (Mary) resulted in following me around the store, eyeing me up & down making faces making me feel unwelcome. I had a cava bag with me but very unpleasant experience for me I just wanted to shop in peace. Never returning

Always ecstatic that a company has a tall section online to choose from. BUT…HATE HATE HATE that Eddie Bauer has decided to make us a billboard for their merchandise. They can argue that the name over the left breast is subtle but that is right in the sightline of where the world looks. If the clothing makes the consumer look good enough then hopefully someone will ask where they bought that merch. Put the insignia on a sleeve, or two inches below the center of the neckline. If you want us to advertise for you then give the clothes away for free.

Everything is ALWAYS 40% off at every store. This Woodland Hills, CA store has gone downhill RE service. Do not greet guests over multiple visits over past year. Not welcoming. Likely will shop elsewhere, or Landsend.com. $35 shirts are easy to find, and customer service versus saleswomen just standing at counter ignoring guests.

We bought a down jacket and two hats online. The two hats were supposed to be the same size but one is significantly smaller. The jacket was worn twice as inner layer and down feathers already start to fly out. There are 2 holes. One is on the surface the other is at the stitching.
My husband brought the small hat and the jacket to this store to exchange. But he was told no return/exchange once it’s worn.
On the receipt it states “EDDIE BAUER'S
PRODUCT GUARANTEE
Our products are built to last. If your Eddie Bauer product fails to perform as designed, bring it back and we will replace it.” This is a false claim.
We are not happy with how this store responded, or the quality of their product.

Went this afternoon to return a puffer vest. The clerk was so not friendly. After reviewing the return receipt now not confident he did it correctly. I paid with my debit card; the receipt indicates a credit card refund. WTH?

Customer service was amazing, they're very attentive and give great advice. I believe it was Sarah and Tara who helped us and they were wonderful. The only reason I give 4 stars is because I did have to order some stuff online because I needed tall pants and it seemed like they only carry regular.
