I had a really great experience here thanks to June, Roman, and especially Edward. I purchased a beautiful SBGW313 and was in a major time crunch. Edward did everything he could for me via text/phone even communicating after hours.

I let him know about what time I’d be able to come in, but things got a little messed up when I ended up getting called into work. I let him know I needed to be in and out in 15 minutes. He said he’d get it done, I had my doubts as sales associates tend to tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door. As soon as I got there all three of them began working together, opened me up a line of credit, and had me in and out within 15 minutes, it was impressively great customer service.

What I appreciated more is that my appearance had me looking like I had no business in a GS store, more like I was lost looking for the breadline. They treated me with complete respect and with zero snobbery. Had I been at a Rolex AD I would have been snubbed and ignored which is why I’ll never step foot in another one again.

Bought a limited edition piece exclusive to Watches of Switzerland. The experience was absolutely lovely! Alex was very helpful and attentive and happy to show us as many models as we wanted to look at. We’ve been in before and they’ve always treated us well, didn’t expect to buy anything but when it’s right, it’s just right!

The actual buying process felt like a ceremony lol and the staff at this GS Boutique were very attentive and welcoming. Renee made sure the bracelet was tuned perfectly, June the boutique director came over to greet us as well and present us a welcome gift. Evan has also been very helpful in the past time we visited. Great experience!
