I stopped by this Abercrombie Kids inside Westfield Topanga Mall today while my wife was at a store across looking at purses and jewelry. We are expecting a baby girl so I wanted to see what kind of cute clothing they had. They had some decent ones and I came right when the store open so there was no other guest there. A worker approach me and asked if I needed any help but I told her I was just browsing.

Great product, however short staffed. There were only 2 cashier's to attend a lot of people. I noticed customer leaving because the wait was long, I almost did too. I purchased 2 beautiful coats for my nieces which they loved. I felt really bad for over worked employees.

It's an OK store, pretty dated looking for being in a nice mall. The staff always seems to have a chip on their shoulder. I mean you guys work at the mall, in retail, and not at Bergdorf. They could probably double or triple their sales every month if the staff had customer service training and better attitude. They start chasing you out of the store 10 mins before closing, which makes me want to just drop everything I'm holding and leave.

I just walked in there and browsed. The two people working right now are horrible. They look miserable. The guy didn’t even smile or speak to me once and passed me a few times. The girl pushed out a welcome but it looked like it pained her. I’ve worked in retail and that isn’t how they should act.

I walked into the store and i found this cute outfit on display next to a sign... after a few seconds the sign fell on me and this worker instead of saying sorry she just stared and immediately got mad ? Like excuse you i could have sued for not putting up the sign right in the first place but i guess this store has a history of bad attitude so 🙂

It's a nice place to shop except she prices are unreasonable. They rarely have good deals and when they do it's usually on like 1 or 2 things. Wish they would have more reasonable prices.

Terrible experience. Little to no staff. Incident where one of us in our group slipped on water that was not ours but was there before unnoticed and they didn’t even make a report about it and offered us coupons?! How unbelievable.
