Bad experience with the purchase. I bought the bio ceramic watch for my husband, and he did not like it. He put it on his wrist to try it on. I was told I can return it within 14 days. Nobody told me that he cannot try it on and then when I come back to make a return or exchange Dianna the manager would not let me. I asked the her to show me the policy because it is not on the receipt it only says I can return it within 14 days and she could not show me the policy. She said you cannot buy shoes and use it and bring it back, he did not use the watch!!!! He just tried it on my wrist to see if I liked it and how it feels. She was rude and told me to look it up. Because of this I would not suggest buying anything from these people.

Sun 12/15: 7:30 pm. Had a great experience. I called coupla hrs earlier to confirm they had the blancpainXswatch Arctic and Antarctic. Came in, checked out both models in person and picked the Antarctic.

I got my daughter her very first watch, and Kye & Joanne were absolutely amazing in helping us find the perfect one! I love that it came with instructions to teach the little ones how to read the time—it makes the moment even more special 😊

When I say I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I had today at this store , it means something . I was shopping for my daughter and wanted to share with her my love of swatches . I had the gentlemen named Kye with all the tattoos help me out . We talked about what she loved and then veered off subject and talked about his tattoo inspirations. After 20 mins we got back to shopping and he showed me one of his favorite watches and it was actually the jelly watch I had in the 80’s . After seeing this watch I couldn’t leave without it . I not only got my daughter one I bought myself and my bf one as well. Thank you so much Kye , I can’t wait to bring back my other watches to change straps and get batteries

My 1st time there for the release of there new Earth+Moon phase watch. Excellent Customer Service from there Security who directed us in, The Store Manager who gave me the information on the watch then with Diane, hope I spelled that right who showed me 2 other watches 5 Star Service all the way. Recommend you going there if u are looking for a Fancy or Unique New watch.

What a fun experience, I walked in because I've never been to a swatch store. I was immeditaly greeted by all 3 workers, which doesn't happen in this mall. Kye quickly showed me the new Tate watches which were beyond breathtaking, he showed me his favorite one , I think its called Blue Circus . Once he pulled it down and had me try it on I was completely sold. Even the other girls were telling me about their favorite ones. It's great seeing workers who are passionate, ill be back!!

I went there to look for the moon collection of Omega x Swatch collab for a friend. Qu’id took time to explain me about the watches and made sure I get the one my friend was looking for. He was helpful and knowledgeable. My friend is super happy. Swatch has a lunar new year collection with dragon designs. I can’t keep my eyes off from them. I would go back again!
