We couldn’t have imagined a better first-time luxury watch-buying experience than what we received at Polacheck’s Jewelers. From the moment we walked into their beautiful, expansive showroom, we were treated like royalty. The store offers a massive collection of luxury watches and stunning jewelry, but we came in knowing we wanted a Rolex, and their incredible selection of exhibition models gave us plenty of options to try on. We were so fortunate to be greeted by Danielle Walkes, who spent nearly an hour with us, patiently helping us explore different models. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and so easy to talk to—it felt like catching up with an old friend by the end of our time together.

Of course, the highlight of our experience was when Danielle secured my wife’s dream Rolex. The team at Polacheck’s made the moment of picking up the watch unforgettable, taking photos for us in their gorgeous showroom, offering champagne, and making us feel truly celebrated. Danielle also went over every detail of the watch with care and expertise.

We are so thrilled we chose to purchase from an Authorized Dealer rather than the secondary market. Danielle, Vanie, and the lovely jewelry maker were truly exceptional. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The team helped me completely customize a ring with a unique design I had in my mind. They sourced several aquamarine and emerald stones and from those I was able to pick exactly which ones I loved. They provided immense friendliness, pressure free zone, and fantastic design suggestions. I feel I experienced Polacheck’s process from beginning to end and it made me feel comfortable and the experience an unforgettable one. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Polacheck’s Jewelers! I don’t live in California but feel I received the royal treatment from afar with help from Vani! Picking out my daughter’s gift was seamless and fun! She really listened to what we wanted and offered several options. The necklace was made in a timely manner and sent wrapped in a beautiful box! I am adding to my review because after I wrote it yesterday. Re: I went into the store later the same day to have one of my watches repaired. Once again, I am so impressed with the service provided by the staff. Truly exceptional! I was telling a friend last night at dinner about my experience (because he works with me - and we take pride in providing our clients with exceptional customer service). I mentioned to him how EXCEPTIONAL Polacheck's is with customer service. Yesterday I was helped by Atlee Phillips, Jacqueline and Romy. All could not have been any sweeter, not to forget last week when I was in the store to be helped by Danielle. Each experience was incredible!

Polacheck's is truly in a league of their own with providing a First- Class experience with customer service.
