I have never dealt with a ruder "manager" in all my life, on top of refusing to give me her name, she also wouldn't accept a return even though it was within 30 days, and it had tags attached. I will not be giving them any more of my business.

HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered a white skirt and it arrived in the mail DIRTY. Went to Topanga to return and the worker was incredibly rude and dismissive of me, insisting I caused the dirt and she cannot accept the return, and that I had to call customer service. Your employee was in a bad mood and it showed, such a turn off and I will NEVER EVER shop at any Garage location ever again.

Absolute horrible experience. I came in to process a return that was made on a gift card, and instead of giving me store credit like I asked, they put the credit on the gift card that I no longer have access to. Basically cost me money that I can’t even get back. Left the store without my items and without my refund. Contacted customer support and all they can do is give me a 10% off coupon, what about all the money I lost?! Was a big fan of this store but will not be returning. Some messed up policies. And the employee who helped me, Mavelin, was completely incompetent and had no idea what she was doing.

Wow what I cute store I thought the first time I walked in. I got so excited that I wanted to try everything on AND they had a buy one get 50% off deal. Well that would have been great but They has nothing in my size. Now I’m like a 5-7 pant so no crazy requests here. I could try on the jean shorts I wanted because they didn’t have my size. I couldn’t try on the jeans I wanted cause they didn’t have my size. So the girl convinced me to try these other jeans that were cute. They didn’t have a size 5 so I tried 7 and they fit nicely so I wanted to buy 2 to get the discount but of course they didn’t have the size in another color. So I said hey can I just order them online? I’ll pay in store and you guys can ship to me? Oh no sorry we can’t do that because the store and online are completely separate ! Disappointed because it was my bday and I wanted to just wear the jeans I decided I would order the other color online at full price.

I ordered the items and was excited for them to arrive. Only to find out the shipping they offered took 2 weeks. So I am over here patiently waiting meanwhile wearing the pair of jeans the girl convinced me to buy in a size 7. All they do is fall off me. They aren’t even a high rise when they fall below my belly button so I went into the store out of curiosity to see if they had a 5 and would tht work better. They said that they would NOT exchange the size for me because I wore them and hadn’t kept the tags on. SOMETHING I SHOULD HAVE FOUND OUT UPON PURCHASE! So now I’m stuck with jeans that I paid over $50 for that fall of me. Not to mention the other order which is STILL not here I have to take back into the store to exchange for the smaller size and I’m going to just go ahead and bet like before they will be sold out of it.

I never write reviews like this however every single clothing store I’ve ever been to will order your size online for you if they are out in the store. Or at least exchange for a size that fits me. No one explained this policy to me at all. She was more excited having me download the app than anything. Needless to say after I return my other stuff from here I’ll be deleting this app and no longer shopping here. Disappointing that this store couldn’t have better customer service for their customers.

I walked in and the manager was very rude She treats her employees terribly. I feel bad for whoever works here they get micromanaged. They keep asking you a million questions when you're trying to shop in peace. When I bought one thing I could tell the manager had an attitude because I didn't buy more. Then she asked another employee to wrap my item for her because she was to lazy and entitled to do it herself. Do not shop or work here!!!!

I went to the counter to purchase some shirts and the cashier made a comment asking if I wanted to try them on after looking me up and down. I knew the clothes fit but having her scrutinize me then ask if I wanted to make sure made my heart drop. Absolutely terrible.
