The people working here are amazing. I was really in a pinch during a work trip and after finding out they had my rear shocks in stock they held them for me until I got there the next day, let me work on the truck in the parking lot, allowed me to use their restroom, and even the tech guys lent me the one size wrench I didn’t have with me in the truck. I’ve always had good experiences with 4WP in general but this store in particular truly went above and beyond in my opinion.

I worked with Adrian and Cody, the two were great to work with. I had asked them to price match the wheels and tires, they did without hesitation. The lift took a little to get in but that was out of their control. Overall the truck came out great, rides smooth, alignment was spot on, and I will most definitely being doing business with them again.

After purchasing tires from four-wheel drive parts in Bakersfield I had tires rotated and imbalanced at 3,000 miles. When I picked up my vehicle the tire pressure monitoring system was not working on any tires. I went back to 4 Wheel Parts and I had a discussion with assistant manager Alec Sweet, which turned into a disagreement he advised he can't calibrate my tires and is representative Tony advised him that I need new tire pressure monitoring systems at 120 per tire, which I wasn't satisfied with as these were working when I dropped my vehicle off. Alexander advised me there's nothing he could do for me and I would have to take my truck back to the dealership to get my tires calibrated. I left unsatisfied is Alec was not interested in trying to help me resolve the issue he was more interested in advising me what he could not do for me. I left with no resolution and not a very good experience. I reached out to upper management Cody Talbot, and regional manager Aaron Mundine both of these gentlemen were very responsive and interested that I felt that like I was treated fairly and I received a sincere apology from both members of upper management I was able to set up an appointment to resolve all issues with my tire pressure monitoring system at no cost to me the initial manager Alex Sweet did also reach out and give me a call to express that he did not handle or first encounter the proper way for a member of management. I do feel after having my issues resolved that upper management at 4 Wheel Parts in Bakersfield are very concerned that each customer that does business with four-wheel parts has a positive experience that they are treated fairly and with respect. I want to say thank you again to Cody Talbot and Aaron mundine for the professionalism they displayed thank you for turning around a bad experience into a great one.

BUYER BEWARE - I purchased a top-of-the-line automatic bed cover from four-wheel parts in Bakersfield. After the completion of the installation of the cover by four wheel parts, I brought it to their attention that there was a gap in the bed cover, and that the cover did not lineup properly when it closed and was causing damage to my truck tailgate. The manager and the installer and I discuss the situation, the installer got attitude and aggressive with me for bringing up the situation. The manager told me that parts needed to be ordered and that they would expedite the situation and get it taken care of. After many phone calls to The manager at four-wheel parts over the last year and a half, there has been no resolution and no contact initiated by their company. I am very displeased with their service and their quality control. As to this day there has been no resolution of the issue and I would not recommend anyone buying products or having services done by this company.
