I'm a truck driver and the first thing I look for is the ability to park my truck conveniently and being confident that I'm not in the way or going to get ticketed because Palm Springs is not a truck parking friendly city. So this Ralph's passed the first test. And beyond that it always has everything on my list, produce that's top shelf, the meat department is competitive with the best of them and I usually don't have a lot of time so it's nice to get good response when I'm throwing questions out like a crazy man. Whether I self check out or not it's always a good experience from start to finish. It's not the biggest Ralph's but the selection works for me and I can get in and out pretty efficiently. With that said, Good job and thank you.

A great little market. It isn't really what you think of as a supermarket -- skinny aisles and pretty small generally -- but there is very good meat and fish, the produce has good values and the bakery items looked great. Friendly team too!

Since there are no fast food restaurants in this area, and I just had a craving for fries, I popped into this Ralphs and ordered some JoJos. Big mistake! I didn’t know when I ordered them, but I had to specify that I wanted them hot!

The second I walked into the store I was told to leash my fully trained and well behaved service dog. I replied “would you like to see his paperwork?” The clerk persisted with me needing to leash my service dog or leave. I don’t make scenes, so I left.

Awful customer service. Zero manager, prices inflated, alcohol guy rude. Check out staff is nice. Maria is the best. I hope the merger does not happen.

Yesterday was my birthday and I decided to go to Ralphs and buy a cheesecake that a was craving. Sadly, the employee for the second time, she played a trick on me, she pretends that she is busy, so as not to serve me, and for me to leave, as I said, it is the second time. , but this time I waited for half an hour because I wanted to pamper myself, but it made me so angry that she was pretending to answer a phone call that I decided to abandon my shopping cart. I think that the woman at the bakery is racist because she treats me differently than other customers. (white people), she looks filthy and you can see that she is very unhappy, I got very angry but in the end of the day I am a very loved person and feel and she is not, I feel sorry for her because her unhappiness is noticeable. I'll Never back to that store.
