We arrived back in Palm Springs on Sat. Nov. 30. after being away for a few months,
and our hot water heater could not turn on, and I was unable to to get the pilot to activate.
Called Erkies Sat. evening, and set up a service call for today (Sunday) between 8 am and l0 am. Because of a scheduling snafu, .Erkies sent Dane Feldman, the owner, to check the water heater at 11:15 am. Dane quickly discovered that there was air in the line. After clearing the air, Dane was able to activate the pilot in less than 5 minutes, and hot water soon began flowing. That is Five Star service, and we could not be more pleased. Look no further than Erkies for your heating, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical needs.

I had a fairly complicated issue and Dana promptly assessed the problem and even though it wasnt the greatest news he and his apprentice completed the rerouting of my underground wiring to the roof in a very acceptable fashion. He kept me abreast of the progress and walked me through the solution. Only issue I had was that the cost for the diagnostic step should have been applied to the costly repair. Had I not accepted the proposal I fully understood why there would be a charge. Make sure Dana is on your job!
