I was looking for shoes for my wedding day and feel in love with Bella Belle shoes! But they wouldn’t arrive in time. I searched all over the internet and found this small shop for bridal accessories which had the shoes I wanted! I sent a email and Lisa responded quickly! She shipped it next day and also offered to help pick out jewelry! She saved my big day! Thank you again!

Lisa at Perfect Details was so great to work with when I was looking for wedding shoes. She replied right away when I emailed her and asked for some more information about my taste and my wedding dress. I sent her a picture of my dress, and she compiled a great list of shoe possibilities that would work well with my dress. When I showed up to try things on, she was friendly and knowledgeable. She also gave me the option to take the shoes home, check them against my dress, and then return them if they weren't exactly right. Overall, a great company and a great experience!

I've been so happy with Perfect Details. I ordered my wedding shoes and they came extremely quickly. I also recently ordered some earrings and hair pins for my upcoming wedding. I just saw they might be closing their doors and website, and I'm really sorry to see them go-- such a great shop!

I was looking everywhere for a pair of Emma Belle Belle shoes and I finally came across this website. I had my dress fitting a little over a week when I ordered the shoes from Perfect Details. I sent an email inquiring about an estimated shipping arrival date. I received a response on the same day from Lisa who assured me they would arrive on time. I received the shoes in perfect, brand new condition in time for my fitting all the way on the other side of the country despite COVID-19 complications delaying packages. I am so grateful for finding this store! Would absolutely recommend.

I purchased the Frances crystal beaded Bella Bell shoes in ivory from Perfect Details for my wedding on 12/9/18. I have problems with my feet, so prior to making my purchase I spent weeks trying on different pairs of shoes until I landed on a pair that I thought I could stand in all night. I had originally purchased the shoes from Nordstrom in the Champagne color (as that was the only color they carried). However, when I went for my first fitting a few weeks before my wedding, I didn't love the champagne color with my dress and wanted to try them in ivory. After doing some research online, I found the shoe at Perfect Details (and they were cheaper than Nordstrom!!). However, my next fitting was a week later and I was concerned the shoe wouldn't arrive on time (I live in NJ and the shoe would be coming from CA). Before placing my order, I called Perfect Details and spoke to Lisa. I voiced my concerns about the shoes not arriving on time and she assured me they would. I also asked Lisa if she could check the shoes to make sure they were in perfect condition before shipping them to me. I explained to her that I had initially planned on going with the champagne color and ordered 5 of the same pair online from Nordstrom because I found an imperfection in each pair that arrived. Lisa was wonderful! She assured me she would check the shoes before shipping them out. Just as Lisa promised, the shoes arrived on time for my fitting and in perfect condition! I tried them on with the dress and they looked amazing! Then after the wedding, I called Lisa and explained to her that one of the heels got ruined while we were taking picture and I wanted to buy another pair. She was so kind and amazing!! She offered to sell them to me at a very generous discount!!!! I would absolutely encourage anyone planning a wedding to go to Perfect Details!!! Lisa was absolutely amazing!!!!!

I can't recommend this store highly enough for any bride-to-be. The customer service is especially outstanding. Lisa went above and beyond to help me with my order and she made sure I had everything I needed for choosing the perfect accessories for my big day. The peace of mind of working with such an amazing team is priceless especially during the stress of wedding planning. I will definitely be going back here.

I don't know how Tiffany & Heather managed to have an experience with Perfect Details that was so different & completely the opposite of mine.Perhaps a little Bridezilla here? Lisa was more than helpful when i took my sister to her studio & she managed to make it a positive & fun experience for my sister who was, to say the least, highly anxious about her upcoming nuptials, this being her 2nd wedding. Lisa has a broad price range & some the best high quality designer accessories with much to choose from. As for her return policies they were very well spelled out & you know what to expect going into the shop. I highly recommend this shop & if you can't get to her, she's online as well.
