All the time change the price and the boss is so rude I bought gram $80 but when I count, it was more than $105 per gram, it means he’s stealing $25 each gram. Playing the game to making customer say that we have 20% sale when he add the Taxas, it is more than expensive than what he says in the meantime that price same with all jewelry store in Sacramento. so there is never sale, so where is the sale ? just playing with the people mind.

The customer service at this place is very poor. The gentleman working there showed no respect to customers and hardly moved from his chair to assist them. He had a very bad attitude.

Be cautious about the pricing of gold as they can easily deceive you by manipulating the gold price. They showed me 22k gold earrings but gave me pricing for 24k gold. When I asked for the current gold price, instead of confirming it themselves, they asked the gentleman sitting in the chair who confirmed the 24k gold price. They are very tricky, so be careful and watch out for your hard-earned money when dealing with these kinds of bad business practices.

The only person who showed respect to the customer was the security guard. It's worth noting that even though he sat outside in 95°F without any shade, he still greeted customers with a smile. However, the staff inside, who were in the air conditioning, had very bad attitudes.

Bought a set from them and asked for gold beads to be replaced with pearl colored ones, they said they would for free when we bought the set. Had to follow up 5-6 times to find out where the replacement beads were, when my mom took the set for changing out the beads they charged her an extra $300. Took advantage of us needing the set done as soon as possible as we were on a time constraint, would not recommend-this is not good business practice!

Just visited Khadim jewellers in tracy . Came here to buy some earrings to my Daughter . After buying the earrings . We were checking out other jewelleries , the person named aziz was immature and totally lacks customer service , due to his behavior they lost the business of $10,000 . Never visiting this store again . He wants us to hurry up and make decision for gold in matter of seconds , and other people immediately left seeing his behavior .

1. Very poor customer service.
2. At the time of purchase I was told it will be readily available however on the receipt it was written 4 weeks and the week later when I called to check in if the order is ready for pickup, I was told it is ready and I can come to pick it. When I reached the shop to pick up order, they said it's not ready and wait time is 4 weeks.
3. Very unreliable rate. First they told me a higher rate and when I told them about my previous visit just couple days ago, he quickly changed the rate. Raised eyebrows.
4. He said on calls we always say order is ready for pick up.
