Inconsistent pricing. For same paint gallon , 1st time they charged me 44$ with no discount and cashier was super knowledgeable and helped to select paint color. Supper impressed
Next day some kid working charged me 55$ with 10% discount . When I asked about price difference , he told me it might be on sale yesterday. Next day I went back to get another quart(27$ with some discount ..really ?) and showed previous receipts to same kid , he had another reason saying 1st day was contractor pricing when I am not a contractor.

Always went to sherwin Williams for any paint needs before moving to Tracy . This Tracy store needs to train some more experienced staff like the first day salesman.

We had the best experience here at Sherwin Williams store in Tracy. All credits to store boy Chris. He is thorough at his job, extremely helpful, shared tips and specific details.
Overall, he has the best attitude. Haven’t met more helpful store person in a while. Thanks a lot, Chris. We really appreciate all your help!

This is one of the best paint store in Tracy. Customer service is great. The paint quality is really good for exterior paint. My home was last painted 16 yrs ago with Sherwin Williams paint and now it's starting to flake. Lasted 6 years longer than expected. So definitely going with Sherwin Williams again. Great store.

More expensive than some other paints, but it went up quickly and without much effort - easy to use and great coverage. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about their products, and waiting time is minimal - it took me less than 15 minutes to pick paint, have it mixed, and get checked out. Plus, the store is clean, well--organized and clearly using COVID protection.

Wonderful customer service! Every time I’m in here I get a cheerful employee who is a subject matter expert. I don’t buy that much, but they treat me like I’m a large painting contractor account. Saved us thousands in kitchen cabinet refinishing with their stain matches- can’t say enough about this store.

Sherwin is the only place I buy house paint from. As a contractor I have used many different brands and Sherwin Williams is by far the best. Their staff is very knowledgeable and always helpful when I send customers to pick out the right color. Their color matching system has been spot on every time I need a match.

You know, this is not the cheapest place to buy paint. That being said, I will continue to buy paint here because the staff is awesome. Had an issue with a purchase and they fixed it no problem. They will even carry your paint out to your car. The paint is also really nice and they have a big selection of colors and supplies. Definitely recommend for a project done right.
