I went in this store looking for new pair of sneakers. No one asked me if I need any help untill I was walking toward the exit. The young lady asked me and I said yeah I want to try these in my size. She retrieved the shoes, came back, handed me one of them and walked away with the other one. I tried it on and waited for her to come back but she never came back. So exactly how am I suppose to know if I like these shoes by just trying on one? Was I supposed to find her and ask for the other shoe. Worst costumer service I've ever had in a shoe shop. I came to spend money people. Treat me like you want me to spend it.

This store deserve zero star because I had no one help me besides the nice employee Derek help me out. While another employee Michael was just on his phone behind the register sitted down not doing anything while I was waiting to be helped. That guy shouldn’t even be working if he doesn’t want to work and help customer completely unprofessional. Don’t go to this store while he’s there he won’t help he’ll ignore.

I usually purchase my family's shoes here and had a good experience but just yesterday i ordered some shoes for my husband's birthday and i opened the box and it was a pair of old shoes! They were worn ,had dirt on them, and even the logo on the inside was faded.So upset,so much for a surprise.

Terrible customer service. The girls that were working didnt ask us if we needed help or needed a size to try on. We asked for help and they just looked at us from the corner and said they didnt have the size we wanted. I asked them to check a different shoe and they looked so annoyed. They were just eating and playing on their phones, not interested in helping the customers that were in the store. We left and purchased ours shoes next door.
