We had a fantastic experience with Bluestone Jewelry, a family-owned business, for our wedding bands. My husband spent hours with the team, especially Aaron, to design his custom ring, and the patience and attention to detail were incredible. As for me, I found my perfect ring in just ten minutes right from the case, and I’m absolutely in love with it! Every time we stop by, they kindly offer to clean our rings (and give us a wine tasting), which is such a nice touch. Bluestone Jewelry really made the process special for us.

Took my watch and a broke necklace to bluestone today. The staff their are wonderful. Aaron was very helpful in repairing my watch. It had some rust and broken screws, he cleaned, replaced the battery, and ordered new screws for it. It looks brand new. The staff in front figured out a clasp for my necklace that broke. The whole experience was great and affordable. Thank you

Selection - great range of styles and price points. The owner Marc is really nice. Margaret was so helpful! But John is REALLY the reason our experience was so fun. Long over due review of their Truckee store. My Wife had a custom piece made there a couple of years ago and was more than pleased. Most recently we each purchased rings to renew our vows. I had a bit of an issue with size, however Aaron and Alex took great care of us and made things right. Great product and even better customer service. We have had an amazing experience at 2 different times at Bluestone Jewelry! Our first time was in person and the second time was over the phone ordering a Mother's Day present. My mother in law loved a piece of jewelry there over a year ago and I called back a year later and they located the item, shipped it to her, and all with AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! What amazing customer service and quality of work and product! I had my wedding rings rhodium-plated at Bluestone. When I got them back, the shine and sparkle made them look brand new.
