I had a great experience at both their Santa Maria and AG locations. I ended up getting my dress at the AG location and my experience was amazing!

The inside is super pretty and elegant, which made trying on dresses there all the more fun! I got to enjoy champagne with my mom and best friends who joined me. The lady who helped me, Imelda, was super helpful in finding the best fit.

Imelda went above and beyond with customer service. My dress arrived and she called me right away! Since she was going to be out of town and the shop was going to close, she hand delivered the dress to me at my house all the way in Orcutt. She knew how eager I was to have the dress in my hands and went the extra mile to make it possible (without me even asking!)

Overall, I would recommend them 1000%!

I had found a dress on Pinterest that I liked, and my mom had called around to NUMEROUS bridal shops to see if they had it. She called A Heart’s Desire and spoke to Ashley. Ashley was able to order this dress for us to come try on. My mom and I made the trip to A Heart’s Desire this past Saturday to try on the dress. The shop is absolutely beautiful, and Ashley is a lovely, stunning soul. She was so bubbly and informative. It felt like I was dress shopping with one of my best girlfriends. I tried on three dresses, and I ended up picking a different dress than the one that we had ordered. This was an amazing experience. I highly recommend this bridal shop. You will have a fantastic experience, and you’re in good hands with Ashley ❤️

I went to there Santa Maria location and I had the best experience. My consultant was Ashely she is soo amazing she helped me find my perfect wedding dress. It was the first store i went with my family and i must say i did not expect to find my dress right away but i did Say YES to my dress couldn’t be anymore happy. It took exactly a month from my dress to arrive, i got it quicker than expected which was awesome. I am so excited cant wait for June and show off my beautiful dress. l made an appointment to try on wedding dresses after having a not so pleasant experience at another bridal store. The staff here was very friendly and professional. They listened to the types of dresses I liked and helped me narrow down my choices. They had several different dresses for me to choose from. They offer dresses for all different budgets and work to make your dream dress work within your budget. They also have dresses for your bridesmaids and flower girl too. They offered us champagne while we tried on dresses. They also have lot of veils to choose from. I was so happy with the experience I had here and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had such a great experience here! The staff is very friendly and treats the bride and her guests like family. I worked with Staci and she was so helpful and warm. She took excellent care of us. We were just going to check things out but ended up finding the perfect dress. Highly recommend this charming boutique.

A Heart's Desire is the most wonderful place for a bride to shop for her wedding gown. The owner Imelda and her wonderful staff of girls are knowledgable, warm, and so loving towards their brides. I have been working alongside Imelda in the bridal industry for years and I cannot say enough good things about her and her business. Every bride owes it to herself to have a wonderful dress shopping experience and to feel comfortable and reassured as they first try on dresses. It's a huge decision and take it from me, Imelda and her staff have the best interest of their brides at heart. They make a wonderful atmosphere for brides of every shape, age and size and have a gorgeous selection of dresses and bridesmaids dresses. Her shop is right in the heart of downtown and is a must-go for every bride or bridesmaid on the central coast!!

I just wished they were more helpful with the Alterations,since at the beggining when I bought my wedding gown, they said we will schedule fittings and alterations 8weeks before event. When I tried to schedule they only gave me the number to call myself and schedule I did as told. Neither one of those numbers they gave me returned my call. I had to find someone to do my alterations elsewhere.
