I highly recommend AAA Family Gems! I brought 2 pieces of diamond jewelry in for insurance appraisal and waited for it. I could not be more pleased! First, Anthony is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is professional, warm and helpful without being pushy. I trust Anthony (and his sister and brother in law work in the business) so AAA Family Gems is a real family business and I will absolutely return when I am looking for jewelry. A good and honest jeweler is hard to find but I've had the best experience here selling precious metals. Previously, I made the mistake of going to another gold seller who gave me a incredibly low appraisal on precious metals. I called here, they took me right away. The whole selling experience overall here was much more credible and pleasant. Highly recommend. I won't be going anywhere else!

I had recently purchased a gem stone in Mexico that I wanted to evaluate for authenticity and price. I called AAA Family Gem Inc. Tony answered the phone and he was very helpful. He asked me to send pictures of the stone and told me I could go see him in person so he can give me his professional opinion. I went and saw him yesterday and he evaluated my stone free of charge and gave me a good explanation about the stone. I found him honest and expert in his field. I would go back to purchase jewelry from him in the future. Definitely recommend.

Donna and Tony make a professional team that isn't often found these days. Donna is knowledgeable and she made me feel comfortable while explaining the Appraisal Process. It wasn't until after my appointment was made to see Tony the following day to learn more about the couple pieces I had inherited and to get his thoughts about the time period history and value in today's market that I learned they not only make up a dynamic team in a very specialized field but they are family as well. As it turned out, I had to accept the honest evaluation of my grandma's diamond and put to rest any fantasies of early retirement. I did appreciate the manner in which I treated from beginning to end during this consultation. I felt respected in the same fashion as they respect one another. I will definitely share my experience and recommend this Jeweler to my family and friends and I hope to return myself, as a customer.
