I have had the most amazing experience for over 25years with ABC Pharmacy in Upland, CA. I will highly recommend them for their quality of care and customer service is wonderful they are like family. My Pharmacist Tony is so knowledgeable and kind full, I appreciate them and they are trustworthy. The girls the pharmacy technicians are so compassionate and understanding have a great relationship with my doctors and are very familiar with my medications and Julie is also a treasure. I had a COVID-19 test on Tuesday, December 28 and was told I would receive results via email in 24 to 48 hours and it never received it. I contacted the lab this morning at 9 AM and I was not able to speak to anyone except the receptionist who transferred me to a number that was only able to take a message. This is unacceptable service and under the circumstances should not be allowed to give Covid tests when the results are not made known within a short period of time I will be contacting my insurance carrier to let them know of this information

Have patience these ladies are doing our community a huge service, I’ve seen some people get rude. Think about it they are on the front lines for all of us. I would give them ten stars if I could. I got two tests and was in n out in 45 minutes. Other places had hours long waits with no guarantee

This pharmacy is the best. All the employees were super kind and flexible. It was the only place that I could find that would give us our covid 19 vaccine. I highly recommend it!
