I agree with over half of the reviews, this company is horrible to work with if you need to change anything. I ordered a case for an Iphone 7 and didn't like the phone so I returned it. Unfortunately it was too late to cancel the order since it already shipped. When I got the package the case looked like it was very good quality for the $17 I spent on it but I didn't have a phone for it anymore. I emailed Accessory Geeks for an RMA and received an email the following day stating that I would get the RMA in the next 24 hours. After 1 week I sent another email because I still didn't have an RMA yet. After another week went past I called and didn't get an answer so I left a voicemail. After 3 days with no call back I sent another email and left another voicemail. The next day I called AGAIN and finally got through to someone who told me just to use my order number as the RMA and ship it back. I shipped it back on January 10th, they received it on the 15th, and it is now February 2nd and I still don't have a refund. I called again today and guess what... no answer. Never doing business with them again!

The worst customer service ever. I ordered a case I tried multiple times through email and through the number on the site. 1 all you get is a voicemail when you call I called twice with 3 hours in between and never got a call back. 2 they say they have live chat well its been offline all day. I asked to cancel my order and all they did was go ahead and ship my order instead no one responded to the 4 emails I sent about the order..I would not recommend these guys to anyone be very careful ordering from them They have the worst customer service ever.

Placed an order about a week ago haven’t received any confirmation email or shipping. Reached out them to email says email is not working and re routing but hasn’t been any update. I think this is a scan fake site do not purchase here. I am going to report the transaction to my bank. This is as of today 4/19/23

I thought this started out well, but, they sent me the wrong case, implied the 6S and 6 Plus were the same size. It does say 5.5 but it appeared that since I had the 6S and didn't know the size of the plus, it fit the same. Also made it appear, the 7 and 8 fit the 6. They do fit but you can't use the camera's when the case is on. (I know this, because when I changed phones, the camera didn't work in the case), so I sent it back called several times, to get the correct case sent to me, for the one I sent back to them to be replaced, but haven't heard back from them and they won't pick up my calls. I have left several messages and wanted to call Fox news, since and I sent the packing slip with it for them to replace and honor the original order I placed. In any event, I don't have a case and paid 17.99. They wont respond, so as far as I can see I don't recommend using this company. After reading the 1 star and 5 star reviews it is obvious this company is having their friends rate this to trick people into thinking that they are a legitimate company... DONT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!! They should get investigated!

I needed something and found it only here at a more reasonable price than a store with many choices of color and alternatives and it was shipped the next day at a already decent price on sale for even less and received it in a timely fashion considering its USPS and by the way free. My only frustration are these bad reviews for things outside the control of the company like mail service, customer errors, or banking and the fact the company is not more than five miles from my home and if I could have I would have gone directly there and picked it up myself if possible and all the hunting for the perfect case/cover/protection for my brand new phone around everywhere in stores to no avail. Thanks accessory geeks and I want more neat phone stuff for my phone so I'll Be Back.

A huge thank you to Accesory Geeks for going above and beyond in customer service. I recently received a call from the company verifying an order over $500. That is when I learned that someone had a hold of my debit card info. I let them know right away that it was not me, and they immediately cancelled the transaction. They said it caught their attention bc the address was not a business address, so they grew suspicious of the high quantity order. Because of the call, I was able to alert my bank and cancel my card before anymore harm was done. The lady who called me was very nice, concerned, and understanding. I regret not getting her name, but thank you!!

I ordered an item that was listed as "ready to be shipped within 24-48 hours!" I paid extra for the 2 day shipping because i needed the item ASAP!!

I order the item on a Friday and when I went to check the status on Monday it was listed as "Back Ordered" so i called to get an ETA.(They were not in the office at there listed starting time and nobody even answered the phone until 45 minutes after the listed business hours) The lady I was finally able to get through to said there was no ETA but back ordered Items typically ship in a couple days and that it would probably ship on Wednesday of that week.

I inquired about cancelling my order and the lady said "I just got another update and your item will ship out tomorrow"(Tuesday).

I continued to check the status daily all week and it continued to say back ordered until Friday when I received and email:

"We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience but unfortunately, the item(s) you ordered below are discontinued and no longer available:"

So now it is a week later and I had expected to have my item and it has not even been shipped and never will be. Needless to say I am very dissatisfied with the transaction so I replied to there email... Unfortunately they have chosen to not even reply to me.

I would not recommend this company to any friend or family members!!

I ordered a phone case, and it was supposed to come between 2 and 7 days. I never received it. When I tried to call, I could only leave a message. I sent an email but never received a response. So I never got my case and wasted my money.
