If I could leave a 0-Star review I would. First off I’d like to personally thank Rob for being the most useless person at this company. I reached out to check my overnighted order because it had been 48 hours. I spoke to a service rep who told me that there was still no tracking order available. Then I asked to speak to a manager and that’s when I had the displeasure of speaking to Rob. I asked him to track the order. He then proceeded to tell me that the order wasn’t in stock so they just changed the order to standard shipping. He said he text, emailed and called. I don’t have a single message from him. So I paid additional to overnight a product, then they took it upon themselves to change the shipping details. I asked when it would be shipped and he said idk because it’s now coming from Canada could be 4-5 days. I asked for a refund of the $35 shipping charge. His response was to ask me if I wanted to cancel the order or just refund the overnight charge, obviously I don’t want to cancel, what am I supposed to do with my irate customer. I always have my customers purchase through this site, thousands of dollars generated by my shops customers over the years. Now because of this $35 overnight scam-like situation we will be finding a new source for parts. It feels criminal to offer a service that you have no intention of providing. If anybody who is above Rob is reading this please feel free to reach out.

I got my 8" Full Throttle Suspension lift kit with all the goodies last week. I put 22" American Force Wheels with 37"x 13.5" Nitto Trail Grapplers under this big boy. I'm happy with the results... Let me know what you think.

Bought a high quality lowering kit from them for my full size Chevrolet last year. Their parts and availability are unmatched and their customer service is top notch!!! Even when it's just trying to get part numbers for future maintenance on their kits. They go way above and beyond!! As an auto parts store Manager, I know how important these things are in this industry. I highly recommend!!

Had a great experience purchasing a drop kit from these guys. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Reid in shipping was quick to put my concerns at bay. Kit showed up in 4 days via UPS. Will do business with this stellar company again. Praise God.

I ordered a product form them based on the description on their website. When product arrived it came with an install sheet that matched what the site had said. I called them with a question and 2 separate employees told me different information what is on their site which made the item I purchased undesirable. I called to do a return and was told that I would be charged shipping and restocking of 20%. This company is selling this item deceptively and then to charge the customer for their deception is wrong. Lennox in returns and her manager are as rude and ignorant as they come. They should never speak with customers. They are horrible representatives of the company.

These guys are literally the best company to deal with. I bought my first full sized truck, a 2022 Silverado RST, and contacted them for help with choosing the right drop kit for it. I also let them know I did not want to c notch my frame. Rob the salesman, told me to go with the MaxTrac 3/5 drop kit, even gave me a military discount on top of it. Had the kit installed and perfect drop.
2 weeks later I called them back asking what helper bag system I needed so I could tow my enclosed trailer, and again Rob helped me and got me a IHC helper bag kit specifically for my drop. Except this time I goofed and installed it wrong, called them up, and they had me text and email pics and videos. Reeve is their tech, who caught that I installed the bags on the wrong side of the axle and that’s why it was making noise.
Thanks again guys for everything. As a business owner myself I truly appreciate fantastic customer service and you will always be my go to!

In a time when customer service seems to be substandard at best, these guys are the anomaly. Purchased a lift kit from them and had an issue with an incorrect part from the manufacturer. I contacted Suspension Superstore(Accessory Partners)who in turn contacted the manufacturer and arranged for the part to be overnighted. All of this within about 15 minutes from my phone call. They were super attentive and cared about getting my problem resolved. They easily could have just told me to contact the manufacturer. I would highly recommend them.
