I recently visited Aces jewelry and loan to sell my gold coins and silver bars, and I was incredibly disappointed with my experience.

When I walked in, the staff wouldn’t even consider my silver bars, assuming they were fake without even a proper assessment.

As for my gold coins, the offer was shockingly low—only 35% of the current market value!

It felt like a complete rip-off.

I decided to take my business elsewhere, where they offered me fair prices for both gold and silver.

I urge anyone considering this pawn shop to be cautious and think twice before selling your valuables here. There are much better options out there!

Their rating says it all…. Horrible, horrible, horrible.. they low ball and blame the economy… make better excuses to low ball people. I hope the owner response to my review because I’d love to explain to him the type of service his guys offers when he’s not around…. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE !! There are many other pawns and jewelry places that will pay you a fair price. Look up Azusa pawn , Alamo pawn , Wimpey’s Pawn, Maine Pawn…

Was referred here several years ago for their fair and competitive FFL transfer pricing. The process was so easy and seemless back then, including the Firearm safety test. They had me as a loyal customer for all my future FFL transfers.

Fast forward to today. I didn't think twice about choosing them when ordering a firearm online. BIG MISTAKE. Their prices have more than doubled. Including the CA DROS you're now looking at over $100. Pretty much negates any deals you can find online. You're better off buying in state. I would NOT RECOMMEND Aces for FFL Transfers anymore.

Terrible experience. The FFL has no Idea what they are doing....terrible customer service please go somewhere else. Chris the owner is extremely rude. He told me he was doing us a favor by doing the tranfer..what a JOKE. Please never come here. If he's not willing to do the right thing at 5 dollars what makes you think he will do the right thing for a higher amount. Please stay away from these thieves and save your money. Plus there are way better shop who are more knowledgeable than he is. Stay AWAY.

Great people, very friendly , very knowledgeable and professional staff and they know the most recent laws and changes about firearms.

So far I had several transfers with them and zero issues.

One great thing about this place is that they are open 7days a week and that makes it very convenient for someone like me with full busy weekdays. I always pick Sat 9am and that always worked for me pretty well.

I read the review by Chris Cal and I speculate he works for a competitor. The staff at Aces is friendly, low-pressure, pleasant and patient. Every facet of their FFL service is 100% clear and they are honest. Thank you to Aces team for supporting the Second Amendment and being a pleasure to work with.

Been doing business here off and on since their opening and they have been a great help when needed and popular with other family members because of their great selection of used items at a fair price. Yesterday on my visit with my family I noticed a wrist watch at a very fair and reasonable price to me but left without purchasing it but I had to return before closing to get that watch I had to have it. I brought the watch home and prepared it for a battery replacement and on closer inspection it was damaged. I read my receipt and they do not provide refunds but have a warranty and store credit policy. I wasn't too happy at the time but returned after opening the next morning with my receipt with the intention of returning the watch for store credit towards another one I saw at the same time but was at a higher price and PAY the difference but fully set to hear a reason after their inspection for them not to honor the return policy but after inspection and explanation of the circumstances of my purchase he asked me to show him the other watch I was willing to pay the difference on if I received store credit and after close inspection by who I believe is the owner he gave me a original receipt for the first watch a return receipt and a receipt for the new one and said paid in full no extra charge for the price difference. Thanks for great service and great people there and asset to the community really !
