No help at all , my electrician wanted a wiring schematic to hook up 2 wires. ACT had recommended calling their closest service provider over 500 miles away. Expect me to pay $1,200 for a tech to install 2 wires. Be aware before purchasing forklift chargers, proprietary wiring means 100% unserviceable units. Expect to call $1,200 service every single time anything needs worked on. Very disappointed in what I was hoping was a fantastic charger.
