As much as i love the place it was very unorganized, lots of rack were crowded and was hard to find/see items. Not sure if it was due to lack of staff or they just don't care.

I was shopping at this location yesterday to purchase something for myself and niece for our birthdays her’s on Thursday mine on Saturday and they had really great deals. I was in the clearance section I had already picked out some sweat suits when an employee ( who I later found out was the manager) came by and asked me if I needed help with anything I said yes I had a question “ Are the sweats on that rack with the hoodies the same price” She replied yes they are I replied oh that’s nice I’m gonna grab a few more. She replied ok if you have any other questions feel free to ask I replied ok and continued to shop thinking nothing of it. That is until I left the clearance section to be confronted by that same person accusing me of stealing a pair of white shorts. She asked if she could look in my bag that I had from another retailer so I opened my bag. I was the only African American person in the store at the time there were some Hispanic and Caucasian customers in the store also with bags from other retailers that were shopping freely and peacefully. I felt embarrassed and humiliated cause the other customers and employees looked at me as if I had shoplifted. So I decided that I’d put the things that I was going to purchase back in there proper place and leave the store. I returned shortly to ask if I could speak to a manager the cashier I asked had a few customers she was helping a so I waited until she had a time gap to intervene. I asked she told me she would call a manager but she never did. I seen the same person who accused me of shoplifting and asked was her manager present because I wanted to make a complaint and she then informed me that she was the manager. I then asked her why would she accuse me of shoplifting and she said that a customer seen me put pair of white shorts in my bag so she had to stop and ask me. I told her that she made my shopping experience really uncomfortable and I was embarrassed all she said was well ma’am all I can say is that I’m sorry. I believe I was being profiled because I’m African American and she may have had a bad experience with people of my color but I am a hard honest worker who seen a sale and decided to take advantage as times are hard. But I was discriminated against by the store manager who refused to give me her name let alone uphold her title when I asked another employee to speak with her she was in close enough proximity to hear my request but hid behind a shelf of denim jeans to avoid being confronted
