I bought a nice pair of shoes that I loved and first time I used it the sole fell apart and I couldn’t use anymore. It happened between 2 weeks of purchase. She wouldn’t listen to me or neither look at the receipt. She said that without the original box she wouldn’t be able to resell it (why would you resell an item damaged?) and because my shoes was worn. I didn’t intend to return the item, that’s why I threw away the box, and yes, I wore the shoes and that’s why it fell apart. I went to a different store and they apologized and returned it with no problem. This employee made me drive almost 20 miles to a different store because she couldn’t listen to the customer neither look the receipt. What a terrible experience. She made me feel like I was trying to take advantage of it even though I spent more than $100 in a pair of shoes that didn’t last 2 weeks.
