Day 20 of waiting for an order or cancellation confirmation of what was supposed to be expressed shipped to arrive in 1-4 days. I’ve reached out via email (with no response) and various texts (with responses varying for 1-7+days). On the 13th day I was let know via text that one of my items wasn’t available despite it having shown at my time of confirmation that it was. SO DISAPPOINTED. I’m not one to maliciously leave comments or put others down but I absolutely believe my experience with this brand has been very poor. So underwhelming from how professional they advertise themselves to be. I’ll only be admiring the clothes on the socials I guess seeing as I’ve lost hope on my order. Please be careful ordering from here.

Update: A month after putting in my order I received a confirmation that my order will finally be shipped to arrive in 4 business days. I was still charged priority shipping even after my month long wait and despite having been told that the shipping would be compensated for the delay. Just hoping at this point that everything arrives well.

Do not order from this store. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before ordering. I bought an outfit for a concert 2 weeks before with express shipping. I called and emailed and I never got a response regarding the status. 2 weeks later I got an email saying my order was cancelled. Horrible customer service.

So I’m glad to see that I’m not the only one that has encountered no customer service whatsoever. As soon as you walk in, no one greets you or acknowledges you. I brushed it off the first time. Even my friend noticed how awkward it felt in there. The second time I went, SAME THING. I haven’t gone back.

Such a horrible experience! Placed an order which included a jumpsuit and a dress. Only received the dress so I called/emailed/text them to resolve the matter and no response. They finally answered ONE of my calls and said they would “look into it” and call me back. NEVER heard back from them. They are DECEPTIVE, INCOMPETENT & SCAMMERS. I had to file a claim with my bank, avoid the trouble and DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Was super excited to go check this store out… drove over an hours and was so disappointed in the customer service. They have great merchandise and price was decent. Walked in with my sister and not one person greeted us. Then I finally asked a guy there if he worked there and if he can check on a size for me he said he would go check and never came back. Two other ladies where by the register and not once acknowledged us until we checked out. When my sister checked out they made her wait about 5 minutes without even saying anything to her they just keep doing whatever was more important then a paying customer. Went to two other stores in the shopping center and was immediately greeted by the associates. I am sad that we had such a bad experience in this store as we like supporting small businesses and don’t mind driving far. But unfortunately I will not be coming back here. I hope they train the association better. I went on Friday 12/22/23 at 5pm and the store wasn’t busy at all.
