I went on January 10th to have them fix my earnings one was good and the other was silver .the gold one just needed to be fix the hook and the other just to put back the stone.
I left them.because the lady told me the the person in charge of fixing it wasn't there, so I went the following week and they were close I went back again the following week and my earing were ready and guess how much they were charging $70.00 just to fix the hook and the other just to put back the stone I felt that was ripped off . The manager or owner told me that they add gold to both earnings which that was a BIG lie because silver won't stick on gold or vice versa. So I told her I was not paying for that and she ok I will leave it the way it was come back. I went back and they game the earnings but they stole gold form the one is gol . I will post the picture for you to see the difference between the good earing and the one they gave back. I do not recommend this place they want to get all the money that haven get since the pandemic in one single transaction. Not fare I wouldn't give them a single star, but I had to in order to review

There strait scammers. I was a chavelan for a friend’s 15th. The whole time we were there it was that we were going to “buy” the suits for 150. For all the three times we were there they were reassuring us that’s it’s bought.
On the day we had to pay it was a rental for 150 a day. A DAY. If it was dirty, extra charge, if it was ruffed up, extra charge, if you return it a day late, 50 dollars… PER DAY. Don’t go with them there’s better places to go. I’m Fairfield there Cheeper and more trust worthy places.
This isn’t the first time ether. My sister had done her dress here and they upcharged her dress by 200$ last minute. My cousin had her dress for her wedding dress done here and they gave her the wrong one and then had the audacity to charge her for the return and switch of the dress. When my cousin wanted to refund the dress they charged her to RETURN IT.
As much as I wish I could recommend here as they have nice people here and amazing cloths there’s too much scamming going on here.
People do yourself a service and don’t go here.

I came here to buy my cousins quinceanera dress. It was a good experience everyone was nice and helpful. After some time we had to go back and try on the dress since we had decided to add a neck piece to it. The lady brought out a whole different dress! I mean when you are paying over 700 for a dress you expect to get the one you chose. She argued with me that I was in the wrong and that I didn't remember the dress. I had pictures of the one I ordered and she still continued to tell me I was wrong.
I also bought accessories here and she did them all wrong, I didn't have time to get new ones so I kept them. She had told me the crown was included in the accessories package, and then she was like no I never said that. It was just too many things that went wrong and her not accepting her fault made it worse.

I came to this place for my daughters quinceañera. They did a great job! Everything was on time and turned out even better than we expected. Also, they are very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Bought a dress there prior. Great experience!
Went yesterday to try on dresses. I was told I couldn't try on dresses because of Covid-19. Her remedy was to measure me, find a dress I like, and order it. It was also nonrefundable. A dress needs to be tried on first!

This business is a hidden secret, they have a first class bridal shop, with superb customer Service. Before finding this beautiful Bridal shop I had visited at least six bridal shop, from Hayward, Oakland, Concord, Walnut Creek, Fairfield, and a few more. When I found this jewel I only had two weeks left to find that perfect dress, being the mother of the groom. She measured me from head to toe and my dress was perfect, and right on time. Thank you so much for your professionalism.

Went into this establishment on or about January 26, 2019 and I was fitted for a gown that I ordered. I informed Alexis Formal Bridal that I needed the gown for 03/30/2019. I didn't hear from Alexis Formal Bridal so I went in person to see what was going on February 9, 2019. She explained she remembered me and she had been on vacation and my gown was not ordered. I understood that because we all not a break/vacation from what we do. However, today is March 25, 2019 and I haven't heard from Alexis Formal Bridal. I have been calling all day and no one is answering although it states on the internet they are open today unitl 7 p.m. At this point if my dress is not there I need my money returned and I will not recommend or do business with Alexis Formal Bridal again.

They dont have consistency... everytime you visit them, the price of the same item is changing, and getting higher in just one or two days..
