You get the best of both worlds in one (pharmacy/medical equipment)! So glad my daughter's pediatrician sent me here. They're fast, knowledgeable, helpful, and mega nice! I recommend them, and even though I live in Chino Hills, I don't mind the drive.

Ugh I'm super irritated. My son's pediatrician referred us over here because they said they have a nebulizer in stock and could get it immediately. So I drove over right after as I asked and they are obviously a small pharmacy so they said it would be a few minutes. No problem, but 40 minutes is not a few minutes when you have a sick baby. In addition they said because my high deductible on my pharmacy insurance the nebulizer was going to be around $150. Okay no problem. They didn't have masks and said they would call to have one delivered next day. No one called or delivered and it's two days later. The reason I'm irritated is they charged me $150 for a $26 machine!!! That is robbery. Had I known this beforehand I would have gone to a different pharmacy. It is unethical to charge that much money for something they paid wholesale for knowing people have to buy it for their sick child.

This pharmacy is amazing ,I am a new customer if there’s I have been going to cvs for 20yrs but not anymore ! If you need a pa for medication it’s done , both ladies I have spoken too are complete sweethearts and understanding of your personal medication needs . Questions concerns .my husband has done his own medications with the gentleman who owns the pharmacy and said he is a really nice man ! Everyone at this pharmacy cares about you as a person not just as a medication . So if you want a pharmacy that knows what they are doing and can get what you need done ! And a pharmacy who cares about your health, then look no further Alta care is the pharmacy to go too . Again I am a brand new patient with them literally yesterday but they have already been working hard to transfer over my sons rx .

Phone customer service is horrible they’re rude. And I’m only assuming it’s the front desk girl because she had no service skills. Pharmacists the man and woman are ver nice so once u pass the initial irritation it gets better

Steer clear of this horrible pharmacy. Delt when these incompetent individuals for a couple years now and it's the worst. Constant mistakes with your prescriptions, delays on your delivery, rude and miserable technicians, being lied to, etc. Very shady place. Go to any other pharmacy, you'll be glad you did.
