I had my dress altered by Heather for my wedding this fall, and she did an amazing job. As a shorter bride who was lucky enough to find a beautiful sample dress from Blue Sky Bridal PDX, there was a lot of excess fabric and more alterations than I expected to make it tailored to me. Heather made all the right decisions to achieve this. She was incredibly attentive to detail, willing to make even the smallest adjustments that ultimately made the biggest difference. Heather and her team were also so accommodating and a pleasure to work with—from scheduling to every appointment. They made the whole process both fun and easy. They even recorded a bustle video for me and gave great advice on how to care for the dress in case of spills. I absolutely loved my dress, and Heather took such great care of it, making me love it even more. So many people were wowed by it! Highly recommend taking your wedding dress here if you want a comfortable and quality experience.

My dress turned out beautiful! Everyone here was so helpful and knowledgeable about there craft. We had to hem ALOT off the bottom and there is floral decor they had to move up. They really took the time for the extra details. They also weren't out to just try and charge me as much as possible which I really appreciated because weddings are expensive! They worked around my budget and did a great job. I would highly recommend!

Heather altered my wedding last Fall for our December 2023 wedding. I can't say enough good things about my experience with her and the shop. My dress needed to be shortened quite a bit, brought in, along with a few other alterations and my veil needed to be shortened as well. She laid out my options for the various alterations and truly listened to what I wanted. By my second try-on my dress was perfect and fit me like a glove.

Bought a sample gown more than 3 sizes too large for my wedding ~3 months out. Heather talked me through alterations options, pros & cons, and costs to help me make informed decisions and then worked absolute magic to make everything perfect! She did stunning work on a dress with extremely delicate all-over sheet lace, intricate beading on the straps that had to be taken out and redone, as well as the usual hemming, bustle points, etc. and was even finished earlier than expected. Thanks for helping make it a great day!
