Went in for a new tire consultation. The technicians were friendly and I didn’t wait long for my appointment.

I’m glad I did my research before arriving. The technician checked my tires and helped with my requests, but he didn’t seem proactive about recommending new tires for me.

At first he said they didn’t have any tires in stock for my car. This is true, but I knew the website offers a selection of tires for my car, so I asked how it would take to order them.

I just wish the technician was more proactive.

Came back a few days later to install the new tires and they look great.

Can’t say enough about the UC crew, I can only speak on my experiences and I’ve seen a lot of managers and shop guys over the years. This current crew, in my opinion is the sharpest. My appointment was during the Saturday rush for all four tires, all in, about an hour. That’s fast, like really fast. I’ve had a ton of cars and don’t mess around when it comes to my tires. When your cars down it can extremely stressful and life has to be put on hold. Safety items can take some time. Gotta deal with it sometimes, Most customers are return customers for a reason.

Found a screw in my tread. Went in to get it repaired for free as is their policy. Told me they weren't able to repair it even though by their own waiting room diagram, the tire was completely repairable. Had plenty of tread left. They knew I was from out of town and they said they couldn't let me go unless I bought a new tire because they refused to repair it. I told him I would sign any waiver or pay cash, and I just wanted them to repair it so I can make it home to North Bay and they made me buy a new tire which I didn't need or want. Told them I would like the still good Tire because I was going to get a repaired somewhere else and they still try to charge me for a tire disposal fee and then almost refused to give me the tire which was evidence of their lies. Corporate needs to check these guys out for forcefully up selling customers. Never coming back to this chain ever again

My experience here was amazing this morning. Jacob helped me and made the process as smooth as can be. I was waiting for a ride when I got a text being notified that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. They finished before my ride got here which was about 27 mins. Jacob was professional, respectful and very helpful. Overall I recommend this tire shop to everyone.

I have been going to this location for over 25 years. They have good customer service and fair prices on tires and wheels. The only complaint I have is they don’t service commercial vehicles, otherwise I’d give them a 5-Star review

⚠️LIFE ENDANGERING MISTAKE⚠️

We recently took our car to American Tires for a wheel balancing. A few days later, while driving on the highway at 80 mph, we noticed the car was shaking slightly. We took the nearest exit to check the tires and discovered that all five lug nuts on the front left tire were loose. This meant we were driving at high speed with a tire that could have come off at any moment, putting our lives and the lives of others at risk. American Tires failed to properly secure the tire after they took it off for balancing, creating a potentially deadly situation. I strongly advise against going to this American Tires location. It could endanger your life.

An honest tire store that is well-staffed with courteous, professional, and hardworking people. They won't upsell you. They honor warranties if any defects occur. I bought new tires, and one got a side wall bubble. They replaced the tire for free np.

Seating area is ok but not great (wifi is free but slow, comfy chairs but no tables to work at). There's some cafes and boba shops a block away though. Make an appointment online ahead of time to save you some time!

They wouldnt patch tire if u temporarily plug it. Makes no sense. Its ok to drive there with a metal screw and theyll patch it but if u plug it properly with a plastic screw cap, they wont patch it. Took it to another tire shop and they did it just fine
