I think it’s the best casting in downtown LA, hands down I tried many places and none of them can deliver the quality of silver they do. They also have the best price per gram not to mention the staff is always really friendly witch is a big deal to most of us SPECIALLY if you are starting your business and you have questions about the process they are happy to answer anything.

Quite honestly the most arrogant & rude staff I have ever interacted with. The Owner is the worst of all. They are extremely unprofessional.

When they were 2 days delayed on delivering an order & I asked for a guarantee that I would be getting it on the 3rd day because my client was getting impatient. The owner very angrily told me to pull back my order and go somewhere else. It is beyond me that in this day and age people can be so arrogant as to not apologize or want to give their word in a situation that they themselves have created. 0 class, 0 customer service.

I would very strongly recommend no one come here if they care about a good experience or getting their orders done in a timely manner.
