Five stars for customer service: everyone there is polite, helpful and knows their stuff. Shout out to all the bilingual employees! I hope y’all are getting a pay raise because y’all are doing the work of two.

My experience with feedback:

I visited this location three times. I made an appointment to fix my phone and they didn’t have the parts, so they had to order them meaning I had to come back. It’s easy to tell a customer to come back a different day but if there was a better system in place to make sure the parts are there prior to our scheduled appointment, this could have been avoided.

My feedback would be, please ask prior to the appointment what we’re going in for and order all the parts before we arrive because I felt that my scheduled appointment was pointless.

I came in the following week to drop off my phone, all went well, they had it ready in a few hours. I had insurance so I paid a minimal fee which was great. I noticed my phone had a low battery life and I told the person who helped me that they should charge the phones prior to returning the phone to the customers, she agreed, and said there weren’t enough charging stations. So I would recommend more charging stations.

Not the end of the world, I was happy to have my phone back but when I got to my next destination I realized I had to reprogram my phone and I am not tech savvy so I had no idea what to do. I followed the steps as best I could, until I couldn’t get past a certain point where a verification code was to be sent to me, that u never received. I called customer service, and they gave me instructions, but we were unsuccessful with activating my phone.

Feedback: before letting a customer walk out of the store, please ask them if they need help setting up their phone. Because now, what I had to do was come
Back the following day to get this fixed when it could have easily been addressed when I got my phone back.

So I reluctantly came in the following day, on a Saturday (supper packed) and I was able to get my phone activated. Mind you, I was there for over two hours and had to continuously add money to the parking meter. It was unfortunate I had to come back multiple times to get my phone fixed when it could have been done with one visit.

Again, Everyone who worked there did a wonderful job with customer service, I just hope that changes are make to improve this matter for future guests.

I went with a few phones to trade in for a new phone. 20 minutes till closing. The salesman they directed me to was very obviously not interested in helping and said it’s too close to closing so he told me to go try again another day and even suggested another store. Definitely not coming back to this store. It was pretty much a wasted trip.

By far my favorite Apple Store to go to in the east bay! All reps are very helpful, kind and most importantly knowledgeable of the products provided plus more! Returned 4 times in under 2 months leaving with at least one product each time

Pretty crappy customer service experience overall I walked in the door having ordered online and was asked to stand in line for 10 minutes before anyone spoke with me then I discovered that my order was borked so I had to sit down for another hour or so to get it worked out. still waiting. Would be nice if someone checked in with me too.

I bought an Apple Watch Ultra. Was not guided at all when choosing the correct band size, the band I left with was too small and the titanium clasps were scratching the watch when taking it off and my laptop throughout everyday use. They guided me through the return of the whole watch and band in order to leave with a bigger band, which turned out to be a more complicated process than was initially explained. I just ended up returning the watch completely not wanting a new one. I love the watch, but I’ll try out other options before I decide to purchase one and if I do, go to another store. Cmon this is an $800 device guide your customers through the purchase process!

What did Jose not do well and what can he not improve on?! Give this guy a raise. The way he handled the Vision Pro demo experience was stellar. Other employees would be wise to learn from his 5* example. He explained everything clearly and provided instructions/guidance at a pace that matched mine. Even when I went ahead, he shared kind words to instruct me to take some steps back. "I love the excitement here. Let's head back a little to look at some photos you've missed."
After the demo session, he was even gracious enough to answer my other Apple tech/hardware questions. He shared recommendations for phone and laptop trade-in/alternative uses. Because of Jose, I have finalized my phone plans for international travel and also scheduled an upgrade for my MacBook. You're a rockstar Jose and I hope to see your name on the big screen today with your 3D Modeling passions!
