Apple Arden Fair

I wish I could remember the name of the Apple employee who helped me on Sunday, January 19, 2025. I came in feeling extremely stressed--my work laptop had suddenly broken right before a busy workweek and international travel. As a working mom juggling a high-stress job, preparing for travel, and dealing with a broken laptop, the last thing I wanted was to deal with a repair. I'm so grateful that I was paired with the gentleman who assisted me. He was not only warm and patient but more importantly, he was creative. He initially estimated about a week and a half for the repair, but after hearing my situation, he spoke with team members and devised a plan to overnight the necessary parts and do his best to have the repair ready in time for my trip. While he couldn't guarantee it, I was beyond relieved when I received the notification that my laptop was ready for pickup--several days before my travel date. I just want to express my heartfelt thanks to him for listening to my story, for his thoughtful approach, and for doing everything within his power to get my repair completed on time. It truly made a world of difference. I hope he sees this and remembers me and can be encouraged to keep up the great work.

So crowded. It's to be expected! Many stores, shops, and vendors offer phone repairs, sneaker cleaning, toys, and more! Don't forget about the food court! Mexican, Italian, sushi, ice cream, and you can't forget about the Cinnabon!

I recently visited the Apple Store at Arden Fair Mall to purchase the new iPhone 16 Pro Max, and I was blown away by the outstanding service I received from Denice! She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me. Denice took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions, never making me feel rushed or pressured. Her expertise and explanations made me confident in my purchase decision. What truly impressed me, though, was her warm and personable approach. She made me feel valued as a customer. The entire experience, from setup to checkout, was seamless and enjoyable thanks to Denice's exceptional care. She embodies the Apple standard of excellence! Apple store in Arden Fair Mall is one of the best and busiest stores in the shopping mall. The store always has so many people inside. Looking for new products, test driving the new iPhone or iPod, Learning how to use a new OS; or waiting for a repair. People are checking out the new Apple products. Many of them end up buying it home. Lol The store is nice and clean with many young workers. They're excellent!

The worst experience I’ve ever had in an Apple Store. I bought an iPad Pro 2024 and the screen is glitching after I unveiled the package. Then I put everything back in the package as it was, and returned it. When they returned a new iPad back, I realized it was a refurbished machine and my charging cable and the plug was gone!

I had an appointment. I had stepped on my laptop. Thankfully I was able to get an appointment the next morning. Unfortunately they didn’t have the part so my laptop would need to be mailed out and then mailed to my house. Turnaround time was about 5 days. They do not have loaner laptops. They mentioned they do have loaner phones for people who need those. Staff were friendly. It was really busy for a Thursday morning around 10:30AM.

Happened already twice, I want to buy a new phone, they messed up my account so bad, they scanned me 3-4 times I am in the store, then I signed already agreement,,, the guy was clicking here and here, go back and forth. So my provider blocked my account and they sent me to the Verizon store upstairs, at Arden mall.. they couldn’t fix the problem. I was out of service for more than 24 hours.. plus I can’t call customer service because my phone out of service. I can’t activate my account for a while.. terrible services..
