I visited the this Apple Store located at the Bridgewater Commons to have an expanded battery replaced on my MacBookPro laptop and here is what I experienced. The battery need to be ordered by the store which took two days and after I dropped off the laptop it was estimated and additional three days for the replacement. Unfortunately during the replacement a pin was damaged and had to be ordered for replacement. As a Mac user for over 25 years, I was started to lose faith in the Apple brand. However, the management at this store made good through how they handled the situation and in the end I’m a happy Apple customer. Overall I’m glad everything worked out therefore I rate this location four out of five stars.

I was discriminated by the people in this store and denied service upon entering, when I’ve never previously had no issues at any other apple stores. After they told me I couldn’t purchase a phone. I’ve been called Apple online and was able to buy and finance a phone within minutes. The big light skin guy told me to take my service elsewhere. After being serviced by someone ON THE PHONE I went back to the store to speak with the manager Vanessa who refused to tell me the sales associates name. I should be allowed to let corporate know about this mistreatment.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Bruno and Chris at the Apple Store in Bridgewater for turning around what started as a frustrating visit. After the manager on duty walked away and left us feeling unheard, Bruno and Chris stepped in with professionalism, kindness, and a genuine willingness to help.

They went above and beyond to address my concerns, patiently walking me through solutions and making sure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. Their knowledge and customer-first attitude are exactly what I expect from Apple, and they truly made a difficult situation better.

Thank you, Bruno and Chris, for your outstanding service—you’re the reason I’ll continue to trust and shop with Apple!

My I phone was not charging I thought I had to buy a new one. Tiffany was amazing and performed a test on my phone and said it just needed a new battery. Ash the tech booted up my phone installed the new battery and it’s like new I was very happy with the knowledge of the staff at this store. On top of things they got me all updated on MagSafe power bank chargers so now I’m completely wireless when charging my phone. For sure recommend anyone to go to the Apple Store instead of a cell phone store !!!

I was unable to make an appointment due to the phone, not working properly. So I drove out to the Apple Store in Bridgewater hoping they could help me. They told me I could come back at 3:30 and they would help me then but they wouldn’t take my phone And just get back to me at a later time when it was repaired I couldn’t leave it with them dealing with family medical issues that is taking up 6 to 8 hours of my time every day you would think Apple would be more customer service helpful than they They were huge disappointment

I went to pick up my item at the Apple Store. While I searched for my check in information on the phone, I tried to get the attention of the two guys up front. The two of them finally faced me and I begin to mention that I am here for a store pick up, the bigger white guy (big earings and tatoos) looked past me and started responding to the person that came after me and said the same thing I said. The second person picked up right away and was able to assist me. However, I was disappointed at being dismissed.

I visited this store on a weekday evening and the store was not crowded. They had all their items on display except Apple glasses. Staff were super friendly and answered all my questions. I was able to look at all the pro 15 features before buying it.

Worst customer service as always and ridiculous pricing to fix a tiny little issue.

-Forcing walk-in customers to wait/come back in 30 min even there's no one ahead is ridiculous. Such a waste of time.

-Our iPhone 12 is very picky with the chargers. Some of them work some don't(not because of the genuineness). Rather than that the phone works perfectly. After 30-min wait, followed by a very superficial in-app diagnosis, we were told "it's true that some chargers cannot charge your phone. In order to fix this issue, a repair fee of $500 will be charged. Or you could trade in your phone for $250 towards a new phone".

We left the store immediately as our jaws dropped. What a joke on Apple, it even ruined our appetite for the dinner.
