The Apple Store can get crowded on weekends, but the staff is always friendly and goes the extra mile to assist customers. I was impressed by how quickly I was able to get the help I needed and purchase my desired product. The store's layout is comfortable, with ample seating to relax and try out the latest tech.

I wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation for Jason 🙂 thank you for being so kind from start to finish when it came to choosing my Christmas present to myself the (IPhone 14) he made the experience super easy for me and I just want to say you can tell he takes pride in his job and making sure the customers is satisfied with their purchase. I also want to thank Eric for helping and keeping me company while transferring all my data from my old phone to my new phone even with how extremely busy it was he made sure I got the help I needed. Scott was also amazing and helpful both times I had came back to the store. I appreciate him showing all the new features the phone had to offer. I personally wanted to make sure these guys got the recognition they deserve 👏👏👏

Today, we went to the Apple Store and made a purchase—a $4,328 MacBook Pro. But the experience was far from perfect. The sales associate didn't teach us how to use it or answer any questions we had. After we paid, he just said, "Ah, I have another customer," and didn't even offer Apple Care the most important for that amount of money. He left without notice, and to top it off, he didn't even offer us a bag. For such a significant purchase, it felt like a big letdown in customer service. So we don’t recommend that place. 😔😡

The Apple Store is large and well decorated with real trees in the space. There are plenty of tables and areas to sit in whilst waiting for your turn to see a person. The people working were very friendly, prompt and the whole thing was well organized. Trevor, was assigned to me was very thorough and knowledgeable. I will definitely come back here for my needs.

First off it was super busy when I went and super packed as well. But had an appointment and didn’t wait too long if I am completely honest! When the Apple consultant got to me she was super helpful and super nice! I came with kids and Magic made sure my kids had something to watch so they could be entertained. Magic was super amazing and super helpful with everything. Went out of her entire way to make sure our time in Apple was great. Super helpful, patient and amazing at her customer service!

If you want to buy an Apple product, they'll roll out the red carpet.
...If you need service on an existing Apple product, you're rolling the dice at this store location:

I was willing to spend $300+ to have a new battery and keyboard installed on an otherwise functional Macbook Pro, purchased new from Apple. Would have been a solid investment. Technician ran a test and Apple's software showed an 8-yr old battery was "still perfectly healthy" @ 82%.

Real-world, the battery drops like an airline stock when in use, and the machine runs hot while the factory cooling fans struggle to keep operating temps within spec.

Keyboard is Apple's infamous butterfly design, where the keys fail from the design flaw that affected laptops from 2015-2020, and they fall off like shingles from a bad roofing job.

This is a straight forward repair called a "top plate replacement," but because Apple's test shows the battery to be "in acceptable spec," the $300 repair would [instead] be $700 out of pocket. Gotta love the Apple markup.

Alternative is to give Apple $3k for a new $1500 laptop with nearly identical hardware specs (no real upgrades in recent years except for the keyboard design).

VERDICT: wasted 90min of my workday getting to and from the consumer hellscape that is the Domain; left with the same struggling laptop.

Be smart, drive to the Barton Creek Mall location instead, and hope that the Gen Z "technician" helping you doesn't have bright nail polish on his digits and a flippant attitude about helping customers... 👀 👍

Expect some wait times at this busy store with a steady stream of customers. While the staff is friendly, it seems they might be understaffed considering the crowd. However, apart from the wait, did not experience any other issues at this Apple Store. Online order pickups are located to the right of the store.

Situated within the Domain shopping district, parking may pose a challenge due to the large number of people visiting this shopping spot - it’s home to a lot of brands, restaurants and eateries.

This Apple Store is located at a good spot because it close to a lot of residential areas, which is nice.

As many other reviews mention RUDE and HORRIBLE customer service… I agree 100%

People lie! Its ridiculous how people can write a lie and run with it! Came to this location after speaking with Apple support for months until promises of replacement under my warranty. John provided piss por customer service and of was no help. He needs some serious coaching skills! With attitude he comes to assist the deaf man who was initially helping. They do not offer to back my phone up only want me to pay additional money to a company that has horrible customer service. Customer service asked me to go back in because all my options weren’t provided. I told them its a negative for me! 0/10-Will NOT RECOMMEND.
