Excellent service, great location no waiting even though it's full, everywhere else is full. I prefer Samsung, learned they charge to to fix the battery, sorry I'm not into the Apple tax for recurring revenue, but if you are an Apple person this is definitely your place.

Excellent customer service. They run a well-oiled machine with the customers and appointments. Make sure to leave some time as you may need to wait to be serviced, or your issue may take longer to fix than expected. I was very pleased with my experience. The man who helped me spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions. He was amazing.
Also, I love that this location has easy parking!

If you are a minority and elderly, be prepared for a subpar service.
A very bored looking security guard non chalantly asked if we had an appointment , and nudged with his head to some ā€œproduct specialistā€ when we said we want to BUY an iPad. Was a very bad first impression. We are supposed to fell welcomed , but somehow I felt like we’re queuing up for food stamps. My parents whom had both came to purchase from them before received the same icy Cold service. And the brand is wondering why many people are considering a change?

The only saving grace is the person who approached us , whom I think her name is Joshin , who was very patient and helpful.
Another technician was also ok.

We ended up with someone who appeared to be Joshin’s manager. He was very rough with my trade in iPad and I don’t like that.

If it’s not because of Joshin, I would not have purchased the iPad on the 23 Feb.
You guys are very lucky to have her. This 3 stars are all because of her.
If it’s just for the rest, it’ll be a zero.

This location is busy but not overcrowded. Better than any location attached to a mall. Staff are friendly and it’s easy to set up an appointment if you make one in person.

One of the tech guys walked through every possible scenario of the issue I was having with my AirPods.

Tip: Request a note to be left on file in case you need to revisit for the same issues.

This is a terrible store, and don't waste your time going there. I came to buy a new phone. I picked the color and memory capacity, and during that time, no one approached me to help. Most of the staff were just chatting with each other. I asked a girl at the entrance to bring me the selected model and waited a long time for someone to do it. In the end, I opened the phone in my car and realized that I was sold a different model. I asked for the iPhone 16 Pro, but I was given the iPhone 16 Pro Max. When I went back to exchange the phone, I was told that my color was not available, so they brought out the Pro Max. Seriously? That’s not quite the answer I was expecting. Ultimately, I was just ignored while they switched their attention to other customers around me. I asked for a refund and said I was very upset. They asked me, 'So you want your money back, right?' There were no apologies; it was quite rude. Guys, I thought it was very simple to come in, order a phone, pay you the money, and leave. That’s it. But in the end, I wasted 40 minutes of my time, was very angry and upset, and I didn’t change the phone. This is terrible.

Second time going to this location, making an appointment to get my child’s iPad setup and walking out hours later with nothing done. What’s the point of talking with a ā€œgeniusā€ if they don’t know how to problem solve their devices? iPad is getting stuck on a ā€œcreate child accountā€ screen, and I was basically told that maybe it needs a software update. Almost 2 hours to be told ā€œmaybeā€ instead of let me fix this for you. Very frustrating, nice people, but seemingly not capable of following through on customer support.
