I walked in here to pick up my work laptop for my new job, as the new company sent it here for me to scoop. Woooooooo. New Job. Yayyyyy. Tech Sales, Woooooo!

It took about 5 minutes for me to get it and get out of there, but in that time I seen the new VR headset thingy they have. I tried to put it on and take it for a little test ride, but they ran over and said I had to schedule an appointment.

I was lowkey annoyed but then took self inventory and realized it's probably for the best as they don't want everyone trying that thing on lol. It has to be such a small pool of people that can afford it. $3500 is NASTY work.

I just never see myself wearing a headset like that for any reason. I like the world I live in currently... Well I wish I had a job I actually liked instead of climbing the tech sales ladder, but here we are. You ever feel like you're meant for more than selling software…? Well at least this company uses Macs.

I'm really shy so I always love how Apple stores have people greeting you right when you walk in, and they leave you alone if you just want to browse. Steve Jobs was up to somethin...

Came in to purchase a new dsktop computer and opted for a laptop because my computer was too old, and there have not been any updates to the desktops since 2022.
My only concern is I wish staff would let you know the different people that will assist you instead of someone different approaching you to handle your questions,.

My company had been buying various Apple products from this Apple Store for two years now, so I go in there every other month at this point. I’ve never had a bad experience in the store and the staff have always been super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store is clean and easy to find inside the mall. Parking is easy as well as there is a large, free structure across from the mall entrance. The store always seemed busy, but there is always a staff person able to help.

Came today 11/26/2024 to get my sister’s screen fixed. Mako and Peter were so amazing so very kind and easy to talk to.they took the time on helping us fix the device and giving us options of what we can do .They tried many different ways of fixing the problem and took the time to help me without just being oh it $379 like another staff did. Definitely will be coming back here with them. They definitely deserve recognition for an amazing customer care service they provided

I had a great experience yesterday! I had to buy a new iPhone due to some complex issues with my old one. One staff member, DiAngelo, was extremely helpful during the entire process. He helped me set up the new phone (which took over an hour) as well as making sure my old phone was able to transfer properly. I really appreciated him taking the time to solve my problems and make the process seamless.

I went into the Apple Store for a Genius Bar appointment. The appointment went as expected where since my phone was not actively overheating while I was there I was told there is nothing they could do. But the one star review is for customer service issues. I was there with my husband (who is of darker complexion) and while he was waiting for me in the Apple Store looking at the products, a store security guard came up to him to ask if he needed “help.” Obviously the security guard can’t help him with products, as that is what the Apple employees jobs are, so why was a security approaching him. It has ALWAYS been my experience, that an Apple sales associate approaches to ask if I need help while waking around the store, so why did NOT ONE Apple sales associate even asked my husband if he needed assistance. Clearly this store needs to do better in training their sales associates to treat all people regardless of race and ethnicity the same and not send over security just because a male of color is in the store.

This store openly allows credit card fraud and doesn't care.
My wife's credit card was stolen at dinner. The perps went right away went to this Apple Store and tried to buy $1700 worth of stuff. Luckily AMEX immediately notified us of the attempt and we noted it as fraud. My wife checked her purse and realized someone had swiped her credit card and debit card. I was on the phone with AMEX and they had again attempted to push though $900 this time. This was also declined. I called MBPD who were not very helpful so being just down the street I went to the store directly. While in route they then tried the debit card for $600, $300, and $50. All of these went though.
WHAT STORE ALLOWS THIS? It was obvious fraud and they just keep allowing this lady to try the card for various amounts and don't bother to check ID. The fact they stole her card and then went right to this store makes me think someone here is in on the fraud.
I arrived at the store with-in 10 minutes and talked to the manager Padidt (sp?), he could careless. HE said he couldn't do anything and I said "so these people could still be in here currently committing credit card fraud and you don't care"? He said I would have to call corporate. ZERO HELP, and if the store manager doesn't care of course the employees don't. I can't imagine how much fraud happens here they allow.
I got an alert that these people were at Aerie and went there. That manager Alex was helpful and contacted security right away to help track these people down. She did the right thing, Padidt and his people couldn't be bothered to do anything. All they care about are sales and openly allowing fraud to sell as much as possible. I will never shop here.
